Andy was very helpful, clear and thorough going through all of the essential information and providing detailed explanations via email and over the phone during the call. Really efficient and friendly customer service.

Fraud

Passed on to a conveyancing team they clearly did not check out.

They promised a fast response. It took over a week to make any contact. The other party's conveyancing team canceled the sale unless I switched to a competent conveyancer.

As the issue was due to conveyancing-solicitor.co.uk, and the cancellation terms stated, a refund would be made. conveyancing-solicitor.co.uk "Hitesh Pattni" said in writing that the £100 fee paid would be refunded, but never received. A claim has had to be made via the issuing credit card.

In summary. A sourcing company

Slow responses.
No pre vetting of who they will pass you onto.
When things go wrong, we will not refund.
