Andy’s thorough explanation on the phone was excellent

I spoke to Andy today after obtaining a conveyancing quote from reallymoving.com yesterday and he was cheerful, friendly, patient and super helpful in explaining the whole process clearly. I found this really reassuring as we're first-time buyers. It was a quick process to proceed with the quote and I received the details of our case handler immediately.

We are first time buyers and need to instruct a solicitor. Wayne really helped us out and made the whole process so smooth.

Firstly our schedules are all over the place and we have a lot of viewings so Wayne called us at a time that suited us. Which was late on a Friday just before the weekend. We really appreciated this. He explained the terms clearly and really broke down the quote for us. He explained everything in detail and was really friendly. Any questions we had (and we had a lot of them) he answered. Finally our solicitor was instructed.

Andy has been fantastic taking the time to explain everything to me, as a first time buyer I had lots of questions and he answered each one and never made me feel that any of them was a silly question and he has made sure that I fully understand the whole process
