When I want to view my order, in the receipt email, what pops up is the generic photo and not my personalized order. I am worried that what will be delivered to me is the generic item. The receipt of what I ordered, in other words, is not what I ordered

I was impressed with your product since our dog passed away December 27th.
I can’t talk about my experience but will see when the product arrives as well as the quality.

The ordering process is easy. I haven’t received my order yet but I’m really hoping it’s great quality

Expedited shipping means 2 weeks. Worse part is that the item looks nothing like what I ordered. A just ridiculous amount of time and spent in this gift. Don't ever do it.

Very simple process can’t wait to get it

Billed for two pillow cases and both have the wrong images on them. I was double charged. The case was supposed to be 1 of my granddaughter and her deceased grandfather. I will call Paypal and my credit card company in the morning if you cannot take care of this.

Ordering was fast and easy. Can’t wait to get the product.

I was very impressed with all aspects of my purchase. At first I was wondering what the quality was going to be like as I have tried sites in the past and things were just fair, if that. This product was excellent, I was very impressed with the quality of everything about it.
I believe it arrived in about 6-8 days which really impressed me.
My purchase was for my wife's birthday and her words were" it is going to be hard to top this one"
