I talked with Nestor Carache, Resolution Officer. Mr. Carache is very knowledgable, polite, and helpful. He walked me step-by-step process for obtaining assistance with my IRS problem.

TRA IS A SCAM. They use scare tactics saying that the IRS is going to put Liens on your bank accounts and house. THey made us pay a retainer and they won't refund us. Total scam. They will not answer your questions and will try and scare you into signing up.

She immediately responded to me each and every time I wrote to her with a pertinent response and always maintained her professionalism in her response. She was actually even more than professional, she was very comforting in her responses to me, something that I really appreciated since dealing with an issue like back taxes can be a very scary thing. I always felt my issues were taken cared of by her and I not only would recommend TRA to anyone experiencing issues with the IRS, but I would even give them Janine Solis as a person I specifically recommend as a contact. She is absolutely wonderful.

I’ve had a wonderful experience and process so far with TRA. My little helper, Heidi Vitug, has been so helpful, so easy to work with, most of all she listens. she makes everything a tad bit easier, i could call and text or email & she always got back with me in a great timely manner to make sure my questions or concerns were sought out! and for that i would highly recommend Heidi to all new customers.
