The varnish arrived promptly as promised and it is an excellent product.

Everything went well but never received an email saying that it was out for delivery and by which courier,fortunately when i phoned i was told they had emailed that morning saying that it was going to be delivered that day.
Courier was brilliant and left it in a safe place for me to get as the job i was doing was on the bank holiday.
Yes i will be using them again as i will need more paint.

I cannot rate this company highly enough. I am building a house for a hot tub and entertainment area for my guests and having spent a lot on the materials and time on the main construction I was concerned about the right look and finish for the floor to cover the concrete pad. I spoke to Dulux Trade Centre who are an agent for Coo-Var and they recommended their Dampshield and Pro-Floor Plus System. Given that I wanted to do the job myself I was concerned about the procedures and equipment needed so spoke to the excellent Jake in their Technical Dept. He took the time to go through everything with me an at no point made me feel small or silly despite some of my questions perhaps warranting that! He followed up with emails and was on hand to assist me as I went through each stage allowing for the appropriate curing time. I now have floor that looks amazing, will wow the guests, has anti slip and will Im sure last for years! I cannot rate the products, the assistance and the friendly service highly enough. Whats more, its British made! Thanks again Jake and Colleagues

Excellent product. The first tin I bought wasn't very well packaged and arrived badly dented. However, this latest tin came well packaged and in perfect condition - well done for acting on your customers' feedback.

Good varnish applies smoothly not prone to runs and a nice matt finish

Bought four cans of hammercote smooth. The application is a disaster, awful and a waste of money. Each nozzle clogged and failed rapidly.

Technical & customer service departments excellent and great products!!! Recommended & spec'd products, instructed use and also estimated delivery time which all played out perfectly. Used the paints this week and they are brilliant. Easy to apply, high quality finish, done the job plus UK based and manufactured, will definitely use again.

I still haven't received the product I ordered a week ago, the work hasn't been able to be finished because of that, causing delays in the business as I can not raise the shutter with the mural as it's not protected.
Again I am waiting for this to arrive on Monday or I am going to be in the bad books. The work must be protected by MONDAY the least.
