Mi ha fatto solo perdere 30 minuti, perché il righello non si spostava e non riuscivo a prendere le misure di una parete, per far si che io potessi inserire le misure reali dell'immobile.

I subscribed to Coohom expecting to be able to actually use the plans I create. I paid for the Pro plan (around $19/month), spent an entire day working on a floor plan, and only when I tried to save the file I discovered that exporting the plan to PDF or DWG requires another upgrade to the Pro Plus plan (around $52/month).

This makes no sense. What is the point of spending hours creating a floor plan if you cannot even export or use the plan unless you pay for a much more expensive subscription?

In practice, the Pro plan is not really a usable professional plan. It allows you to design inside the platform, but blocks basic and essential features like exporting your own work. If you want to actually use the plans you create, you are forced to upgrade again.

At that point, the cost becomes higher than many professional tools like SketchUp or AutoCAD, which actually allow you to fully use the files you create.

This pricing structure feels very misleading. The lower plan attracts users, but the moment you want to use your work outside the platform, you are required to pay a much higher price.

its great software if your a company BUT and its a big BUT as a home DIYer its not worth it, On the sign up page you get an offer to sign up at $12 a month instead of $42 beware this $12 isnt recurring it is only for 1 month you will then pay $42 it is worded as $12 a month it does state next payment is $42 but it is greyed out so is very misleading.I did a sample test and asked 8 people how it read and all of them said it read as $12 a month
Only plus side is they do offer cancel at any time

Changes of the dimension of furniture is not reflected in the downloadable drawing. Asset are very limited. Room name would disapear in the downloadable drawing.

UI is not intuitive. It is understood that a designer program have a steep learning curve. But they got width and depth switched..

AI functions are borderlining sham.

Bad customer service.

Confusing pricing with offered packages.

The first time I visited the site it worked realy well, but the second time it wouldn't load. So I gave it a few days and when I opend the website it worked again. Now yesterday I wanted to finish my project and it didn't work. I asked chatgpt and even it didn't know what was wrong. Today it still doesn't work and I'm frustrated out of my mind. Can someone please help me?!

Customer service is really bad. They’re very rigid and unhelpful.

It's the SLOWEST program (or app?) I've ever used! It's extremely UNresponsive. It's a failure!

Really bad customer service! After the 7 days trial they will automatically charge you without any notification, when you contact them for stop the subscription and refund the payment in the same day they charged you they rejected the request and give a bad attitude! The customer service name is Ashley Cui, it is what she reply: Based on policy, we cannot refund. If you insist on the refund, we will proceed to deduct the 5% of handling charge collected by 3rd party stripe system and will block your account then. Totally rude and unreasonable!

I subscribed to Coohom’s Elite plan and accidentally forgot to cancel before the renewal. As soon as I was charged, I reached out to request a refund, explaining that I only use Coohom occasionally and didn’t need the full subscription.

Their support response was very cold and strictly pointed me to their no-refund policy, refusing to make even a one-time exception. They linked the policy and said nothing could be done.

While the platform itself works well for interior design and renders, the customer experience is extremely disappointing. If you make even a small mistake with auto-renewal, your money is gone.

I’ve canceled and won’t be returning. I highly recommend anyone considering Coohom to be careful with auto-renewal because there is no flexibility or customer understanding.

The model for data center is very limited

They automatically renewed my account without notification, and there was no invoice or correspondence about the renewal. They refused to issue a refund despite contacting me the same minute I received a bank notification that they withdrew money from my credit card. Their customer service is the worst—no empathy, probably an AI.

They withdrew an higher amount the second month, first month was 19,57, the second month 69,90.

I asked them why they did this they told me that I should check the website.

1. They did not send me an invoice
2. They did not send me a confirmation of the higher amount.
3. They say they dont have a refund policy

I am going to call my creditcard company and let them investigate this.

They scam you and draw money from your account even after you've canceled the susbscription

I’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with Coohom. Their support team is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered—unhelpful, disrespectful, and unresponsive. I reached out multiple times with a simple issue and received little to no assistance, only vague or dismissive responses. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.

If you’re considering using their services, think twice. A lack of reliable support makes the platform nearly impossible to use effectively. I regret choosing Coohom and would not recommend them to anyone.

Canceled subscription but you still get emails with reminders that your subscription will auto-renew. ???? Why Coohom?

Stay away from this Scam! Scammed me into spending money!!

It is only to spending money!! It starts free and they charge first $30 month, After the $199,99 per year and, you cancel the subscription, but they don't really cancel and, renew for $299,99 I received in my Credicard invoice a bill $453,48.
You are not allowed to remove the Credicard number from the site. Then they can renew the subscription without permission.
Sign Homestyler, that is more clear, honest and works much better, with more furniture option and better render.

it's a great platform to design I have been working in cohoom since six months now and its been a great experience
