Cook'n With Class - French Cooking Classes Paris レビュー 

We had a wonderful time and the food was excellent. Learned a few new cooking tips along the way .
One of the highlights of my trip to Paris

Today my sister and I took the 'Chocolate Class in Paris' with Chef Christian. It was like being in chocolate heaven! We learned how to properly temper chocolate and made many types of candy with a variety of fillings and toppings. Chef Christian was extremely knowledgeable, patient and fun! We had a GREAT time and the candy was wonderful. This is the fifth time I've taken a class with this company and the second time I've had a class with Chef Christian. This is a perfectly decadent experience...chocolate heaven! Can't wait to take another class.

What a great experience! I took the French market and cooking class and learned so much. We walked around various markets in Paris for meat, fish, veggies and cheese and learned what to look for, how to select the freshest items. Learning these lessons up close and being able to ask questions was great for me.
Then we got to cook! Chef Antonin was really good about not just showing us what to do, but allowing us to try out the techniques as well. I also think that I can recreate the dishes we made in class, at home. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking to learn more about French cuisine and get a few recipes under their belt.

This is my seventh year in taking culinary classes with Cook'n With Class Paris. I did the French Market this time around and really enjoyed the experience. French chef Antonin was thorough with the instructions and processes throughout. He really knows his stuff. This is a very hands on cooking experience so be prepared to learn and have fun . Cannot recommend Cook'n With Class enough. It's a great way to experience the real Paris and learn some nifty culinary skills too.
