Grâce à ce coaching, je connais maintenant de réels savoir-faire formulés par un chef pro, il a su m'expliquer la chimie derrière certains aliments et je comprends maintenant l'intérêt d'appliquer certaines techniques pour les sublimer. J'apprécie beaucoup plus prendre le temps de cuisiner et je suis beaucoup plus patiente en cuisine pour travailler correctement mes aliments ! Une super expérience que je recommande :)

Avec un enfant en bas âge, je ne trouvais pas toujours la motivation de faire la cuisine. Cette expérience m'a redonné le goût de cuisiner. Je le conseille à tous !

Destacaría la cercanía del chef, estaba siempre atento y pendiente del aprendizaje. De hecho hice algunos fallos graves que me hizo cambiar y el plato era completamente diferente y riquísimo. Creo que la experiencia del chat puede mejorar todavía, pero aún así se lo he recomendado a amigos míos ya.

Creo que Moment puede ayudar a mucha gente a perfeccionar sus platos favoritos. Su propuesta está genial, ya que todo lo que cocinas se graba para luego poder analizarlo. Lo recomendaría 100%

Before I used Moment I relied on condiments like sriracha and filled my dishes with multiple ingredients to add flavour and interest. Now, it surprises me how delicious I can make my dishes from just a handful of ingredients, and I'm more conscious of a particular ingredient's role in the final dish. For instance, why am I using garlic - what kind of flavour do I want from it? I'm now able to control the outcome I want to create more confidently and it makes me so excited try new things everyday.

Moment coaching allowed me to understand my cooking on a deeper level. I have taken away knowledge and skills from this experience that has helped me to elevate my everyday cooking, which is exactly what I was hoping to do. Thank you to Ross for his expert coaching!

Fue una experiencia espectacular. No sabía que podía mejorar tanto en tan poco tiempo. Dan un trato totalmente personalizado, ya sea a la hora de escoger el plato para ver qué habilidad de cocina perfeccionar, como a la hora de cocinar con el chef. Y posteriormente pude aplicar lo que aprendí a muchísimos platos.

I got introduced to this a few months ago, and was pleasantly surprised that they focused on cooking skills rather than just teaching recipes (which is how I prefer to think about my cooking improvements). I thought it was a really nifty use of new tech to link me to a chef that did enable me to experience a new high in my cooking (yay Garlic!!)

I noticed a few places where they were improving the software as I was using it, so feels like they are actively improving the offering. Kinda cool like a Tesla 😉
