Ordered 2 funko pop items and recieved them 2 days later. Well packed and both were chase variants. I highly recommend Cool!merch.

Fast shipping, genuine merchandise, very helpful and friendly customer service. Would definitely shop with them again.

My 10 year old daughter requested a model and some other item from this company, Cool Merch, in advance of her birthday Tuesday 3rd March. She was really excited by this music idol figure and she was eagerly looking forward receiving her HATSUNE MIKU Idol, so we ordered and paid for it straight away!
Then on Friday 13th I received a return email message from Cool Merch asking us whether we could accept the last of the item in their stock, it had been a display model. I immediately responded to Cool Merch, with a question whether there was any damage with the ex display unit and if we could benefit from a discount as a consequence of this news?
Within a half hour we received a message from Cool Merch, to reply that the whole order had just been cancelled and our payment for £35.00 would be refunded a few days later! After being advised the order had been accepted and with the information that it was an ex display unit and our appeal for a discount, the Order had just been cancelled with no negotiation or any reason why, about any possible inconvenience discount!
You can imagine how upset my daughter will be, not to receive her choice of what birthday gift she requested for her big day! Clearly Cool Merch cant imagine, or I even care I guess; they failed to complete an legitimate order rather, than as any regular store might be even consider a small negotiate discount for some information they brought up after accepting the order in the first place!

I did contact the Manager of their Basingstoke shop and ask for her support in this issue, but she passed on responsibility to Jen, the order administrator. On requesting Jen's telephone number, the Basingstoke manager indicated she would ask Jen to call me to discuss the issue, but no such call has been received! Customer relations - Zero!

I will not be considering Cool Merch as a worthy birthday gift supplier ever again!

I ordered a lovely little Paddington Bear decoration for my mum's birthday and I needed it to arrive before a certain date. I emailed and they were so friendly and helpful and the whole team went out of their way to ensure I received him in time. A company that cares about their customers, thank you very much!

There was a particular action figure I was looking for and was surprised to see how cheap it was on this site. I had never heard of them but they seemed legit so I placed the order. It arrived very quickly after good communication about the delivery and I'm very happy with the item and service from this company. I will be buying from them again.

Southampton Team are friendly and professional. I've shopped a couple of times in the store in the Marlands and have always been treated well and the staff seem knowledgeable on their stock.

Visited Taunton today and I must say I dont normally leave reviews on shops ive been too but Dam this store is wicked spent loads in there today gett my daughter some k pop demon hunter stuff and my wife even brought me a little something from there it will be a great addition to Taunton town and I hope it does very well and stays for a while the staff are awesome and very friendly and there is loads to choose from and it is very reasonable priced for what you want well worth the visit and purchases keep up the good work guys and hopefully see you all soon I will definitely be back a high recommendation from me

I shopped in Cool! Merch Taunton yesterday, and I have to say, it was the best shopping experience I had in a long time. I am in a wheelchair, and have bad anxiety, especially when shopping. I regularly look very briefly, then shoot off, I don’t like crowds and get claustrophobic. This shop is open, the staff are friendly and don’t pounce, just enquire politely if they can be of help. The selection of all things merch, is amazing! There’s something for everyone and the way things are displayed really made sense. Price wise, if you want to buy things from china, it’s going to be cheaper, but can you trust the quality? In this shop, you can touch the goods, and decide for yourself if it’s worth the money. And the very vast majority is satisfactory to my choosy taste. I’m not affiliated with the store or anyone working there, I was just impressed by the whole set up, including the affordability. Well done people, I wish you every success.

First time using Cool Merch

Was looking online for some pops, found them on sale at cool merch. I'm weary about buying figures from websites that I've never heard of, so i looked here on trustpilot for feedback, the reviews were mixed, ordinary I would stay away from sites that have mixed reviews but based on the good reviews and the items i wanted were discounted, I decided to give them a go.

Their website was easy to use, I got a confirmation email once my order was placed. I got shipping notifications and delivery notices.
Shipping was fast and the pops were well wrapped with bubble wrap and sent in a box.. the Pops themselves were perfect and I will definitely shop with them again. Perfect transaction. I'm happy to add cool merch to my search when looking for pops in the future. Many thanks:-)

The manager was SO friendly and helpful! I was buying a Pokémon T-shirt for my nephew - they only had one small left and it had a couple of small marks on it. The manager, also known as “the ginger one” (his words, not mine 😂), offered to take some money off or to give me a gift receipt so nephew could swap it if he wanted - making sure to put a note on the system for me so that if my nephew does want to swap it, they know it was purchased like that. He took the time to make sure I was happy, giving me a few options and he was so polite and helpful. Best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long while! Would definitely go back!

Went to the Camberley store today asked the price of the master chief from halo was told the price not a problem. This guy then went on break and the other dude came out from the back. My husband asked to look at the helmet and wanted to try it on to see if it fit him coz of it did then he would buy it. The guy was rude and said no he couldn’t try. When questioned why he said it was because my husband was unhygienic. So my husband said to him do you know how offensive that is what you just said. Lots of people have touched that helmet already and I can’t try it on. The boy started to get loud and started shouting at my husband so the purchase we were going to make we didn’t. As we walked out the shop the boy was shouting after us swearing at us and was just disgusting. We have spent a lot of money in this shop and the Basingstoke one but we will never step foot in one of your stores ever again. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE EVER. RUDE STAFF VERY EXPENSIVE AND JUST MADE TO FEEL DISGUSTING.

Overcharging to hell for the enhanced booster boxes of Journey Together. They're meant to be RRP, not 190! Bought one at another shop for £120, avoid this place at all costs.

Do not shop from the Camberley Store. The Staff member shouted at my Autistic grandchild for simply standing by the counter. Then followed us round until we left. Staff was very strange and made us all feel uncomfortable

Ordered a Loungefly backpack on their website for a fantastic price. Despatched and delivered quick, especially as I ordered on New Years Eve. Was packaged extremely well with lots of padding.

Overall fantastic service and will definitely be ordering again.

Do not go there. Rude argumentative staff that put Incorrect prices on the stock and then charge you more when you get to the till. They won't refund you even if you just bought the item 5 minutes ago. Items over priced.

Placed an order, was cancelled minutes later with no reason given. Emailed to ask why and never received a response within a month.

Bought some products from the website. Slow Delivery and when I went into their shop the Customer Service at their Salisbury store isn't the best.

Overall the products are really cool and I love the stuff they offer. They are slightly more expensive than other places but they do have some proper decent stuff!
