If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Ordered a Grimms rainbow for my daughter’s 1st birthday - never arrived. Emailed countless times, tried calling (answerphone every time) and tried contacting on instagram- nothing. Currently contacting bank for a charge back. Scammers.

Don’t order from here I have been trying to get an update on my order for two weeks. Going to dispute my claim now

I am so disapointed and frustrated! I have bought large grim rainbow and another expensive wooden toys from this scamers, it was never dispatched. I am just sorting it with my bank and I hope they will return me money. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! I am also going to report them, do the same please, so no more people are caught into their scam hole.

I didn’t receive my order. Tried to contact the company but phone is always switched off and emails go unanswered so I left a review on Trust Pilot. I have since had a message from the company saying they would love to put this right. They offered me a refund or my original order. I asked for my original order to be honoured but surprise surprise - nothing has happened! I therefore have to stick to my first impression of this company - they are scammers and thieves and under no circumstances buy anything from them, as you will not receive it. They don’t care, they just take your hard earned money to use for themselves. Disgusting horrible people.

Order placed. Given a fair chance to process order. Emailed for an update, no response. Emailed again a week later asking for a refund. No response. Gave the number a call and again no response and a dead tone.
Emailed again saying that I would appreciate if they could just refund my order. Nothing. Absolute scammers.

I ordered the Grimm’s Pastel Rainbow in a size large, but instead received unbranded colourful blocks. I have emailed both addresses provided on the website and in the review email, but I have not received any response. I am extremely disappointed and currently at a loss of £75.

I’m convinced these are not genuine Grimm’s products. The packaging and branding look cheap and nothing like the authentic items I already own.

Customer service is nonexistent—their phone number doesn’t work, they ignore emails, and when I requested a return via live chat (which their policy allows), they simply stopped responding.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I strongly advise avoiding this seller at all costs.

Ordered a plushie for my daughters birthday. When it arrived it was quite clearly a counterfeit product. Looked nothing like advertised and was a lot smaller then specified. Tried sending multiple emails and making many a phone call to no response.

Ordered a toy for a birthday present. Took money straight away, nothing since! Email gets returned, phone is switched off.

I would strongly advise others to avoid Waydiy. This website appears to be a scam.

After placing an order, I received no updates at all. The contact number provided does not work, and despite sending multiple emails, I have had no response whatsoever. There is no customer support, no communication, and no transparency about orders.

I am still waiting with no sign of my item or any form of refund. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Please be careful before purchasing from this site, as it does not seem to be legitimate.

I purchased an item in February and I still haven’t received it. I have emailed asking to cancel the order and for a refund with no response. I tried calling the phone number from the website but it’s always switched off.
I have applied for a refund through my credit card and I have reported this company to Trading Standards.

I do not rate this company. I would not order from this shop. I ordered an item. My money was taken from my bank account the same day and then one day later the order was cancelled even though the item appears to still be available on the websit. I have emailed and tried to contact by phone but this appears to be switched off. I have been waiting dincec13th March for a refund even though their policy states they would refund within 15 days. I have reported it to SHOP to have this website removed. WAYDIY I APPEAL TO YOU FOR MY REFUND THIS IS NOT GOODFOR YOUR BUSINESS!

I placed an order on 26/02/2026, I received a confirmation email & nothing else. I kept checking on site for movement but all it said was on the way, I emailed them several times but received no reply, I rang the number on the site but it just rang out, I then texted the phone & again no reply. Then I checked the website again via the confirmation email but it wouldn't work. I put what I'd ordered into search engine & it was still offered by WAYDIY so I clicked on it & it was still available to order. I have just received a refund from my bank. Avoid like the plague. In future I'll be checking on trust pilot before using a site I'm not familiar with.

Absolutely poor. Ordered an item then got an email 2 days later saying it has been cancelled due to my request.....
I did no such thing, emailed the company no one replied and now waiting for a refund.

Ordered a Yummy Bunny Jellycat for my daughter and it didn't arrive. Ive been trying to get in contact with this company for weeks and the online chat doesnt work, the phone number is switched off and 'track my order' says I dont have an order with them.

Have had to go through bank and do a chargeback to receive refund.

Scam website. Took payment and never sent details or tracking. Ended up contacting bank for refund.
