I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I made a genuine mistake with my delivery address and reached out immediately—within minutes—to correct it. Instead of receiving assistance or even understanding, I was told that nothing could be changed and that the order would be sent to the wrong address.

What made the experience worse was the tone of the emails I received from customer service. I was accused of making “threats” and was even warned about “fraudulent chargebacks,” despite never filing. I was only asking what my options were. The communication felt unnecessarily hostile and dismissive.

I now have to wait for the item to arrive at the wrong address and then deal with the cost and inconvenience of recovering or returning it. The unwillingness to help, combined with the accusatory tone, was extremely disappointing.

I recommend that future customers double-check every detail before ordering, because the company is unwilling to assist even when contacted immediately, and their communication style does not reflect good customer service.

Ordered double by mistake and found it so easy to deal with to get the 2nd order cancelled/refunded. Talk about brilliant products and amazing customer service!

I was thrilled with the idea of a Coolcabana for a Christmas present. The online service was impeccable and so easy.
I then discovered that my partner had duplicated the order.
The return service was equally as impressive - Customer service of old. I contacted Coolcabanas and their response was immediate as was the return and refund of the duplicated cabana. I haven’t experienced such service in a long time. Thanks Will and the customer service team.

Best beach tent by far. Not only do we enjoy it so does everyone else. Getting ready to order the beach mat!!

How is Cool Cabana allowed to get away with no contact phone number at all in Australia!!

Horrible customer service. Cabana was way too heavy to carry. When I tried to return it, they told me shipping would cost $50 despite the fact that their website shows a $25 return fee. Do not buy from this vendor!!

I love these cabanas!! I have one and have given them as gifts. The customer service is also fantastic!!

This is a revised review. Even after many exchanges of emails with Coolcabanas, I still wasn't convinced that my order was being processed. However, I did receive the cabana, but only just in time to take it on holiday & after some very last minute changes to luggage to accommodate the cabana. Overall, the transaction was unnecessarily stressful & time wasting.

Despite Black Friday sales, my items were shipped so quickly and received within days. The customer service is excellent, when I reached out with questions I received a quick reply.

I wish there were 10 stars! We have a condo on the Gulf that we rent about 30 weeks a year and use ten ourselves.
In the past eleven years I have tried every manner of shade device. The Cool Cabanas have outperformed every other thing I have tried by a wide margin.
I had the first one down here- now there are dozens.
We love the color choices and always get the biggest one.
Our current guest cabana is in perfect condition except the bottom sharp sand stake is bent and the bag is worn.
For a small cost we ordered new ones direct from the company, saving us a couple hundred dollars versus buying a new one.
I had an old credit card number connected to my account, and when it failed , they contacted me, and instead of asking for a new card, they just sent the stakes and bag no charge!!
It was a really really nice gesture from a great company.
We have had four total- we originally bought one just for ourselves and as a back up, and one new one for our guests.
We just replaced the second a couple years ago and are now good for at least five more years.
So happy they invented this product and support it so well.

I have a cool cabana (medium) absolutely love it. Recently invested in 2 more large cabanas. I worked with Will in customer service who was prompt in responses and helping me with shipping questions and Black Friday sale. Very pleased with the their customer service team and highly recommend the cool cabana- so easy to set up/ breakdown and easy to carry!

Ordered online with the Black Friday sales and received a great discount. I bundled my purchase of a cabana with the beach mat and the bundled price was even cheaper again. At the checkout I was charged for the two items individually rather than the bundle special price and upon emailing customer service of the mistake they had refunded the difference and the money was back in my account same day. Great prompt customer service especially during a day that would have been very, very busy with sales and requests. Thanks guys, you're doing a fantastic job.

Had a few questions regarding the difference between the Cabana’s and was answered immediately. Great customer service!! I’ve owned one for years and it’s still like brand new.

My son and family had one of the Cool Cabana tents so I already knew how fabulous the product was. Their customer service is also 5 star. I needed help to purchase 1 tent and send to MA and a 2nd one to send to Tampa (50% off) which was their summer sale. I emailed the company and within 30 minutes had instructions on how to make this happen. Outstanding service!

Fastest customer service ever! Had to email to amend the delivery address and that was done whilst I was sleeping! Thank you Will, I’m looking forward to receiving my Coolcabana.

Can not speak more highly of this customer service I received from Cool Cabanas. All it took was one simple email for the company to rectify an issue. The prompt response, and willingness to accommodate my need was a top notch. This company truly stands behind their products. We have a cabana that is now 5 years old, and still functions and looks brand new. We just ordered a second cabana due to our growing family. Highly recommend Cool Cabanas!

Great product and fabulous customer service. I ordered the wrong size. Within 20 minutes the problem was resolved!

When the straps on the carrying case broke, I simply asked how to purchase a new one. Not only did they reply quickly with instructions, they reimbursed me the price of the new one. Great customer service. By the way the beach was full of cool cabanas. Everyone sure seems to enjoy their product
