Coolcobanas are a 5 star product.
Such a good idea and easy to use.
But their customer service is even better.
Quick to reply even quick to sort out any issues.
Highly recommend.

Exceptional customer service and support. We had a problem with our Cool Cabana. The rivets gave out on b the center pole. Will was very helpful and knew. He helped resolve the problem. This is our third cabana and we couldn’t be happier with them. Our son and his wife are in the process of making a purchase
. We live in Florida and visit the beach’s frequently and shade is a necessity

I have enjoyed our large cool cabana for over a year now. The ease in getting it set up and taking it down is remarkable. Recently, I noticed that the red arrow on the middle pole, that indicates how far down in the sand to drive the pole, had worn away. I contacted customer service and they told me to order a new pole and send them my order number and they would reimburse me. I received my refund immediately after ordering and a couple days later received my new middle pole. Customer service was absolutely stellar. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I had purchased a Coolcabana red label right before the Labor Day buy one get one half off sale and once I reached out, they were more than willing to offer the sale to me. Absolutely love our Coolcabana and it is an absolute breeze to set up and take down and works beautifully even in breezy LBI. I had to buy a second one so that we can leave one at the beach house and have one on hand.

My wife and I tried many sun shelters before our CoolCabana. Nothing has worked as well as this. Great product and great customer service. Emailed back and forth with Will a few times and he was always prompt to reply with the information I needed.

When it comes to beach days, CoolCabanas is innovative!
It is quite simple to set up; I got it up in a matter of minutes without any problems. It offers plenty of shade for the whole family and is incredibly durable, especially in windy situations. It's ideal for travel because of its sleek, lightweight, and compact design. Mine still looks like fresh even after I've used it several times. I definitely suggest it to anyone looking for a chic, hassle-free beach setup! I had a minor problem with the sand spike, and Will, the customer service representative, was really accommodating and efficient.

Purchased our first Coolcabana back in 2020 and it was the best thing ever. Used to use the old popup tents with weights to hold it down. After the first use we never looked back. Just purchased our second tent for when we have more family members with us.

The first bag started to tear. I contacted Coolcabana on how to order a new one as I couldn't find it on their site. They instructed me where to find it and then offered to refund me the cost of the bag, which was awesome. The new bag is made out of canvas and should last forever.

We have people approach us all the time about our Coolcabana asking if it's worth it. And the answer is Yes, YES, YES!!! We suggest they avoid the knockoffs on Amazon and just go with the best!!!!

6 years later and my cool cabana purchased in 2019 is still going strong! I’ve just replaced an arm that broke due to extreme winds on Moreton Island when I shouldn’t have had it up. Replaced at no cost, blown away. What a fantastic durable product.

We love our tents!! Always standing even when regular beach umbrellas can’t handle the wind. Customer service recently resolved an issue we had with the tent bag. They really stand behind their products!!

We have two cabanas and both are great. Hold up great even in windy conditions. We had a bracket break and the customer service was outstanding. So happy with this company.

Product is great. I had a little issue but the customer service was excellent. I reach out, they responded and they resolved within a day. I appreciate they way they expedited the replacement.

Great service, refunded damaged spike

A few years ago my husband and I went to 30A, in Florida. While
We were there I saw CoolCabana being used.
I immediately went home and ordered one.
Since then I’ve ordered one for each one of my three daughters.

Now all of my friends are buying them! If we all had ours set up
At one time there would be seven in all!!!
People stop ALL THE TIME and ask me where I got it. I send them to your site. I honestly think I could sell them while sitting on the beach!
