Never got as far as installation. First survey appointment cancelled. Second appointment a no show. When I phoned Anthony was off sick and I had not been notified. My e mail indicated that I was expecting Max who apparently was not doing calls today.

Lots of apologies, but really not good enough

Quite possibly the best experience for having home improvement.

From the 1st call to help set expectations, helping us understand water cooled vs split outside air conditioning. To the initial visit to scope out works and costs.

Installed professionally, with full understanding of both rooms and how it all works. Sound proofing also installed and can’t hear it when it’s on full, which is epic.

I had a single Samsung aircon unit fitted Monday in 30 degree heat. Can't fault the service, polite and tidy plus it looks great. Proof is in the pudding I'm in the garden office today, full sun onto one long side (28 degrees) and the unit has it beautifully chilled not even down to lowest setting. The Samsung is a really quiet unit almost silent. Perfect for having on while I have face to face clients.

Our conservatory had become almost unusable - too hot in summer and too cold in winter.
Rob and team installed a Samsung Air Conditioner and it is our favourite place to be again.
Coolerhome were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Friendly, tidy and efficient - faultless in every way and we have absolutely no hesitation in thoroughly recommending them.

Awesome service. We really could not recommend Rob and team more. An utter delight to work with. One small error not their fault and they came and sorted the problem out on a bank holiday. We live in excess of 100 miles from Rob's home. Amazing service.

Rob and his team came round today and installed my Samsung air con unit. Rob has been so helpful and honest throughput the process. His team arrived on time as promised, they were polite and friendly remained professional throughout the installation. The unit was fitted without any damage to my walls. I am thrilled with the service and quality of goods provided. I would highly recommend Cooler homes.

Very happy with my installation, good service. Very receptive to my requests for site. All debri cleared afterwards. What a treat to have cheerful happy people around in these times. PS yes they did follow guidelines.

Turned up late most mornings, left early most days, cancelled at the last minute multiple times. Highlight was when he asked whether we needed the exact same type of skirting board on the final day, and we returned to two slabs of thick square plywood grouted onto the wall. Very poor professional in terms of skill, price and service.

*just saw the reply: I assume this is still run by R.S. who previously ran h**lthiest-homes.co.uk [the company owner filed a request with Trustpilot in March 2021 requesting that his name and old company address be redacted] and rebranded the company to escape the plethora of bad reviews on Trustpilot. It also seems like a coincidence that 2 new five star reviews appeared the same day you left your reply (27th November), after receiving no reviews in almost a year. It almost seems like you've been leaving fake positive reviews for yourself (again)?

**Just saw the second reply. Yes, it's true that I use an alias - mainly because I don't trust vindictive tradesmen not to show up at my door with a pipewrench. The timings of your reviews are outrageously convenient to attempt to push this review down in the results. The accounts used have a fractional or non-existent number of Trustpilot reviews (whereas my account is pretty active). There are no photos. The text is marginal. They are probably... definitely... fake customers. You sir, are the scammer, and shoddy overpriced work has a price. This review is it. The fact that you don't remember which specific home you grouted a 2x4 block of plywood as a suitable skirting board replacement, frankly speaks volumes. I assume there were a few. I truly do hope you've cleaned up your act more than you cleaned up after our job.

A great product and a great service. Rob and his team could not be more helpful and professional. Very happy with the job they did.
