Bloody amazing!!!

Ordered the original and bacon scratchings and I couldn’t recommend them more! Got the triple seasoning for the bacon ones, so more-ish 🫨

If you haven’t ordered then do!

Delivery slow. Little tiny bits of it, like the bottom of the barrel.
And OMG two packets of scratchings came in a massive box, what a waste. Won’t be buying from again.

So, to start. Your product really is fantastic. Great scratchings and amazing flavour. No complaints at all there! You guys have cracked it.
What lets you down is your delivery times and customer service.
My first order was December 2025 for a Xmas present. When chasing up after several weeks of no contact was when I became aware of the Black Friday fiasco.
So, having read Cool Hogs response to this, and their assurances that they had put systems in place to ensure this didn’t happen again, I did decide to order a second time (my husband did say no lol). Well I had to live in a world where my husband was right and I was wrong as the order did not arrive on the specified time. I chased up via email 6-7 days later and had no response, but I did get my dispatch date and the product was delivered 2 weeks later, so alls well that ends well.
As stated, amazing product. It’s just your delivery guys! Lower the delivery cost (say 1.99) and extend to a 2-3 week delivery window. I’d happily pay that (3.99 is excessive if it’s not hitting the 2-4 day mark). Most of your complaints come down to your delivery service.
You have a 5* product that’s let down by delivery. If you can address this and just extend that window and lower the cost, those bad reviews will diminish. This isn’t a bash at your company. Just some constructive feedback from a customer. I’d love to order from you again. Just the delivery promise, as it stands, gives me pause.

Obviously a business that cares about cash flow but not how to keep the cash flowing. Would definitely not be surprised to see a lot of people owed money due to the business collapsing in the near future when Simmons opens back up

Have ordered previously and although delivery slow, no problems with the product. This time Ordered 12th October and delivered 20th so although not as the advertised 2-4 days wasn't as long as previously. Disappointingly two if the three items I have ordered have a short expiry date, that being 14th November. Think if a product is going to expire within 3 weeks its a little unfair to charge full price, by comparison the third items date is February 2027 so quite a difference. Don't think I will be ordering again

Absolutely appalling delivery time ordered on 10th October Now 19th still no tracking information emailed on 16th to enquire on delivery no reply, definatly would not recommend or order again

I love big small businesses and this is another great one. The product it's self is fantastic. They are quality pork scratchings.

I ordered the XL Mystery box. Unfortunately, I had to contact Cool Hog as there was delays with the delivery but Cool Hog were good at getting back to me and it soon arrived after 10 days of ordering them.

The XL Mystery Box was good but no the best. As I'm not a massive fan of the pork crunch. I love the proper original pork scratchings. However, all the flavours were fantastic and will definitely order again.

The scratchings are just amazing! Only problem is waiting for them to arrive lol. The shopify interface can be a bit of a faff to be fair. It's all worth the hassle though, I won't ever buy another bag of bitter, rancid tasting offerings from the shop again. The salt n vinegar ones are the new benchmark for what can be made from pig skins in my opinion, they need a couple of Michelin stars atleast

Delivery was quick, great variety of product and the quality is spot on! The black pepper ones are delicious.. will definitely be buying again!

For weeks I kept looking but thought they are so expensive I just cant' .... I ended up buying of course. The next problem was deciding what flavour to buy, there are so amazing flavours to choose from and just couldn't decide. Saw there was mystery pork scratchings box so thought this would be idea. Well,disappointed isn't the word, arrived yesterday, quick delivery I must say,however there were 3 pork crunches and 1 pork scratchings. This is not what I was expecting at all, I looked back to see if I'd misinterpreted it but as the title says pork scratchings this is what I thought would be in the box.

The order took ages to arrive. Ordered garlic flavour however can't feel the difference and the amount of salt makes it inedible

Way to long to deliver and product is closed to use by date to be honest I've had better in the pub. Plus the price is crazy for a small tube

This is the 2nd time I have ordered off this company, and just wish I had not , put order in on 08/10/26 , heard nothing off them or any tracking until yesterday ( 16/10/26 )yes 8 days after ordering,today Royal Mail say they have got my order and hope to deliver on the 19th , unbelievable, I complained on the 14th, but they could not be bothered to answer me, for the price they charge for premium items they should at least have some care for customer service, I would definetley say do not buy from here unless you are willing to wait 2wks or more, terrible service. They have just replied to this and they tell me they couldn’t find my emails to them , yet they emailed me yesterday 22nd, October, twice , that was the emails I sent over a week ago, definetly stay away from this company.

This is the 3rd time I’ve complained about unsatisfactory order.
I had to chased a week after ordering for an update. No reply just confirmation of order being shipped.
Emails to state the product tasted stale.
Filled in a review request again stating unsatisfactory product. Now another request for a review on the same order.
Please check your reviews and deal with your customer service. I will no longer be ordering from you.

Terrible. Better than bar snacks but 2 week delivery time. Emailed them - emails went unanswered. Cannot justify the ‘premium’ price tag for service level this poor. Would not use again. Just awful. They need to see what their competitors are doing and realise if you pay that amount they should be on top of it with deliveries and queries. Generally a shame. The customer service makes them useable at half the price. The current price / how the company is run they are unusable. Just a shame. Good product sh*t delivery.

most of product tasty then we came to the salt and vinegar which was basically inedible to everyone that tried them, we contacted the company and were offered 20% off our next order that will never happen, if only replaced near whole bag we would have ordered again! the customer service from this company is very poor. I would avoid at all costs. there is better out there!

The Salt and Vinegar pork scratchings are amazing. The only problem is that you can’t just have one!

Amazing product. Can get enough of them.

They finally showed up! It took a long time to be delivered. Lack of communication of delivery was disappointing. The flavours of the pork scratchings were incredible they definitely didn't skimp out on flavours. I do think however it wasn't worth the price with the slow delivery and I felt they were rather pricey! I probably won't order again unfortunately.

Amazing scratching. Bought 2kg worth now. Dispatch times are a little slower than expected but worth the wait.
