Don't ever buy anything from them. I ordered a glitter star shirt that was not glitter but a picture of glitter. A hoodie was not a hoodie but wash cloth material. I've emailed 3x for instructions for returns. Each time is an excuse from i must see different and it will be too expensive for me to return because of tariffs. This is not a USA company as they portray. I wish there was a space I could upload the ridiculous email to. I will put them on blast every chance I get.***11 emails later i get a return address to Ms.Wu in China**GFY

T-shirt is not as described, is a cheap material and I was highly disappointed. I’m mad I didn’t read the reviews before ordering as my complaints are exactly the same as the rest of these one star reviews! Terrible customer service, was told it will cost $33 to return ONE t-shirt and that “I should just keep the product.” BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I wish I had looked into this company before buying from it. The product description was written correctly, which I based my purchase on. It wasn’t until I got my shirt in the mail that I saw a significant error. They refuse to fix it and I am not happy. I wish I could post a picture. It says “Juky” instead of “July”. I was going to wear it on the 4th of July and now I can’t wear it ever. I wasted over $50 for literal trash. What a waste of time (waiting weeks for it) and money on it.

This company is a scam. I ordered an item over a month ago & still haven’t received. I reached out to customer service for a refund & they refused & kept sending emails that just said “sorry & that the item is held up”. But I wanted this as a gift for my cousins bday which passed weeks ago now & so I no longer need this gift bc I had to purchase a different gift to give her since this shirt never arrived . I asked multiple times for a refund as it was promised to arrive in 15days. It’s been over 30days now & they refuse to give me a refund. They said “sorry for the delay . Hope you have a happy life”. I can’t even make this stuff up. I have the emails if anyone wants to see lol. This company is a joke. And will steal your $. Buyer beware, u will never get your item & you will not get a refund & there is no customer service , just a bunch of nonsense emails .

Absolutely horrible customer service. I bought a sweatshirt from them. Their size chart is totally inaccurate. The runaround I got to try to exchange it was ridiculous. Very poor customer service. It became ridiculous what they wanted me to do and measure and send to them to try to exchange it because the measurements were wrong on their size chart. There's no address information on where to return it but I kept getting told the shipping costs were extraordinarily high. How would I know that if I don't have an address? I asked for a refund and they never really quite addressed how I would get one but I was told shipping costs would be more than the value of the sweatshirt. I must have gotten 20 emails from them with more run around about the size of the sweatshirt having plus or minus two or three inches then the size chart but nothing on the size chart says to accommodate for that. Horrible horrible customer service. I would never ever use them again. And you cannot leave a review on their website until you confirm you received the item but there's nowhere anywhere at all to confirm you received the item. I received the item but can't confirm it because there's no option to do that anywhere. I can't leave a review. They don't want me to leave a review because all the reviews are fakes. I would never deal with this company ever they should be shut down.

The quality of a shirt that I recently bought is so poor that I will never wear it. It feels cheap and looks cheap.
It might last for one wash.
The company suggested I keep the product as the shipping fees may exceed the products value.
After my experience I really wouldn’t buy anything from this company. The product quality is absolutely awful.
The customer service appears to be about the same

BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. The quality is poor and the texture is not a typical sweatshirt material feel. Thin and flimsy! It is scratchy and as far as their "Customer service guarantee" - it's false advertising. I tried to return 4 sweatshirts. The response I received is below!!

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST company I’ve ever ordered from!! They basically steal your money. I ordered a sweatshirt January 15th. The tracking # I was provided states my order has been sitting in Shenzhen since January 16th. I have emailed CoolstarCo several times, with no response back. It’s absurd. From what I’ve read from other reviews, asking for a refund will be a further frustration and waste of my time.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. I have asked for a refund, but request I pay $33 to get a refund. I've complained so much they have now blocked me. The product is crappy!

If i could give zero stars i would. Terrible and i haven’t even received my package yet. The tracking said my sweatshirt i ordered is at the USPS in my city since 6am on Feb 4th. It is now Feb 15th. I have been to USPS 3 times trying to see if it is there and it is not. When i reached out to customer service for coolstarco they basically say well our system says it’s there and will be delivered as normal. But it’s not there. And by the look at these reviews if i even get the sweatshirt it’s going to be crappy poor quality! Which is really unfortunate

Ordered 3 items all in a size 2X. When items arrived, I couldn't even fit them over my shoulders. Contacted customer service and they told me I could ship the items back to them at my own cost which would be more than what I paid for the items. How is this ok?

Would not let me return the shitty sweatshirts unless I pay for it myself. They were not the material advertised. Smaller and inconsistent sizes. The cotton is not cotton, but polyester.

My husband ordered a hoodie from them as a gift. It arrived yesterday and it’s the worst hoodie I have ever seen. The fabric is some sort of polyester, not cotton as advertised. It’s stiff and not stretchy at all. He took 1 size bigger so it would be a baggy comfy hoodie but once I put it on it’s like I am rolled in plastic! The printing is crooked, over the stitches! Can’t return it! Don’t waste your money

Size was wayyy off ordered an xl which usually in normal sweatshirts are big and comfy, this thing made me look like a busted can of biscuits, the "screen printed" logo was a cheap iron on that was peeling off upon receipt. Don't waste your money

Was going to spend 70 dollars on sweaters and lost interest when I saw you would still charge me shipping. Nah. I'll go somewhere else.

I recently purchased one of these, and it arrived today. Unfortunately, I’ve already had to start a PayPal claim against them. I strongly recommend checking the reviews for their business before making a purchase.

The company’s actual name is "Glamor Peach Fashion Group," not "Coolstarco," which they appear to be hiding behind. I hope this saves you some money and hassle!

I would give it zero stars if I could. BEWARE of this company!!!! We bought shirts for Thanksgiving and the Orange is not as pictured. My shirt was supposed to be like the Orange pictured and it was like fluorescent orange. So hideous I couldn’t wear it. If you try to return they put the cost on you , which is more than what we paid for the shirt and will not issue a refund. The product comes from china. IMO find someone local or perhaps Etsy to design this for you. These people are scammers. There was no where on their site to leave a review so I’m trying to put what happened to me out there somewhere for the world to see.

Horrible fake company! Ordered a sweatshirt over a year ago...it never came. Beware, they have cute items but don't be fooled.

Scam site— ordered over a month ago and have been sent different tracking numbers for the items. Reached out to support twice after the item showed it had been sitting in Dallas for weeks. Reached out again and was sent separate tracking showing the item just shipping from China. Still don’t have anything to show for my purchase and can’t find a way to get a refund. Avoid this site— they buy ads on Instagram but don’t even have an account. Total scam.
