Wow, what garbage. Their "return policy" is a scam - basically they won't refund or take your product back unless you pay the insane shipping fee. The products are very low quality and their Customer Service is a joke. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing from this company. Pretty much a non- existent return policy. I won't be ordering from them again.

Wish I'd read reviews before purchasing a hoodie that arrived stained. When I inquired after a return or exchange they suggested I wash it and offered to let me spend more money with a 25% off coupon! Quality/0, Audacity/10

Just don’t bother ordering from this site. The sizes run very small and yes I received the same response as others regarding the return policy. Wish I would have looked them up before ordering.

Absolute joke of a return policy. When I asked support for a return label they responded with the following:
“ Our T-shirts are made of 100% pure cotton, which is better than many other companies' materials. Pure cotton material does not easily pill and can absorb sweat and breathe in summer, which is better for the skin. Moreover, the fabric cost is higher

If you want to return the product, you will need to bear the cost of returning it. The transportation cost is relatively high, perhaps exceeding the price of your product itself. Can you accept it?

They pretty much have a non-existent return policy. You better get your sizing right the first time because you'll be stuck with it.

I'm usually not one to leave reviews,but, I promised coolstarco that I would do this. So here I am. This company is an ABSOLUTE joke, read the other reviews. All of these folks are 100% telling the truth about the "return policy". Coolstarco's email literally told me it was not "economical" (can provide a screenshot of emails) to send back for a return, said if I wasnt happy with the shirt I could donate it. Can not warn people enough about buying from this company, and hopefully my review will save someone else their hard earned money.

FO NOT ORDER FROK THIS COMPANY . The quality of the sweatshirt was terrible. There’s no stretch in the sweatshirts at all and the material they say they are made out of is not the same as what i got. It says the sweatshirts are unisex size and they’re not. I ordered a large sweatshirt because I like them roomy and it was so tight and the arms were short. I felt like I was in a straight jacket. The website says that they gladly do returns, but the return policy is you have to pay for all shipping and customs to send the items back and it cost you as much to send them back as it did to order. Even though it only cost $9 to send to me they wanted $70 to send two things back which was three dollars less than what I paid. Customer service kept giving me the runaround they would not allow me to pay the $10 shipping as was paid to send them here. I told them they need to post it on their website that it cost $34 per item to send back and they said they don’t need to post that. So I’m telling you don’t order from this company it is awful if you do order order something order two sizes bigger than what you need and prepare to be disappointed in quality.

They left off my street and won’t refund my money or replace the items I ordered 0/10 definitely won’t be using them again!

Sizing not anywhere near the chart provided. Poor customer service, unwilling to return unless I send back to CHINA which isn't where my package came from. This is a typical SCAM company that takes your money and then delivers faulty goods. Typical FACEBOOK sales.

Awful quality, not like pictures at ALL. Sizes off. Not even one star is deserved.

Do not go by the measuring charts. They are not right at all. The sweatshirts are like for children. There is no stretch and they have zero width They are not wide enough and definitely not for adults. They tell you you have seven days to return your item but now they are telling me it’s $33 to return it for each item. I only paid 8.90 for shipping and now they want me to pay $66 to return it for two items 😳😳🥲. Do not order.

Stay away from this company who has two names! They also go by Glamor Peach Fahion Group. I mean, they don't even spell Fashion correctly. Customer service is terrible! They will not let you exchange even if the item doesn't fit. You're stuck with it. I had to file a claim with Paypal. Horrible! Do not purchase from this company.

They sent an order to just numbers in my address, no street address. They are showing it delivered and signed for? I have never signed for a tshirt order in my life. They obviously forged a signature of some sort and sent it to PayPal. It would even let me look at it. Lies lies!!! Horrible company!! Be leary!!!

Long wait for delivery and item quality is bad.
Paid almost £40 for a jumper that’s basically thin cheap material.
Colour I ordered was a washed out white and grey but I’ve been sent pure cheap white material that isn’t the same as the photo.
I wouldn’t buy again just simply due to the fact of over priced items!!! I’d pay £10 for that jumper if that!! Not £40!
Also no idea if it can be washed as no labels inside to advise

Item was irregular, didn’t fit right, had crooked text and neckline. They would not let me return. Went back and forth numerous times - they wanted me to measure the item to prove it was crooked?! I did this and they said it wasn’t crooked ENOUGH to be returned. Would never buy anything again.
