I contacted them more than 10 times and got no clear response. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I do not recommend this service.
Un riesgo y nula atención al cliente
Si la moto te deja tirado, cosa que sucede, nadie te atiende. No hay forma de contactar con nadie que se haga cargo y si llevas algo en el baúl puedes estar HORAS al lado de la moto hasta que se resuelve. Muy mal servicio, mal trato y un riesgo, tratándose del tipo de servicio del que se trata.
No lo recomiendo.

Mi Ú stata addebitata una multa di 150⬠senza che venissi informato in modo chiaro e trasparente sulle motivazioni. Come se non bastasse, lâazienda ha successivamente tentato di effettuare ulteriori prelievi dal mio conto senza alcuna autorizzazione.
Ho dovuto bloccare la mia carta per evitare altri addebiti non giustificati, cosa assolutamente inaccettabile.
Servizio poco professionale, comunicazione inesistente e totale mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente.
Sconsiglio vivamente di utilizzare questa app.

I was a loyal Cooltra user in Lisbon until three parking fines were charged to my credit card all at once, with zero prior notice.
The fines were issued over several months. Cooltra was notified promptly by authorities each time, yet said nothing to me. Months later, they silently charged everything at once, plus a â¬10 âadministrative feeâ per fine. They delayed the process, then billed me extra for managing it.
The deeper problem: dedicated motorcycle parking barely exists in Lisbon. Everyone, including Cooltraâs own fleet, parks on sidewalks. A recent shift in enforcement changed the rules, and Cooltra, as the operator, surely knew before any user did. Instead of warning anyone, they waited and turned it into a revenue stream.
I respect Portuguese law and want to comply. But a responsible company alerts its users, handles fines transparently, and doesnât profit from its own silence. Cooltra did the opposite.
Used to recommend them to everyone. Never again.ââââââââââââââââ

I rented a bike for less then 20 minutes left the bike and ended the ride in a desernated parking area through there app one month later they have tryed take over 150£ from my account. You can not leave these bike anywhere out side of there area as it will not let you end the ride but have now been finded for a bike what was not parked in there area what is impossible to do this is a major scam targeting non Spanish visitors. DONT TRUST THEM. also I rent another bike what did not work at all. It would not let me end the ride and change me for over 15minutes I had to pick the bike up and carry it to another area to be able to end my journey. Total fraud total scam.

Me cobraron una multa por mal estacionamiento en Milán en la cual se ve en la foto (la misma que ellos envÃan adjunta) que está estacionada en un lugar correcto.
Pague 30⬠para no tener problemas y di de baja la cuenta. He visto que más usuarios han experimentado lo misma situación, parece que la empresa necesita dinero y lo recaudan indebidamente.
NO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO UTILIZAR COOLTRA.

L'assistance client de Cooltra n'a jamais été son point fort. Mais hier soir, rentrant de voyage et voulant prendre un scooter depuis la gare, j'ai le désagrément d'avoir été désinscrite sans aucun avertissement. Depuis, un robot envoie des réponses automatiques à mes demandes d'explication sans me donner satisfaction. Le "service client" est inexistant voire insupportable. Sans compter des scooters dans un état souvent trÚs moyen.

Les scooters en elles-mêmes fonctionnent plutÎt bien, mais le problÚme principal se situe au niveau de la prise en charge (on arrive à le scooter réservé et elle ne démarre pas, un message d'erreur s'affiche, etc.) et surtout au moment de la restitution. Dans au moins la moitié des cas, il est impossible de s'arrêter pour diverses raisons : l'application ne détecte pas la béquille, la fermeture du coffre, elle indique par erreur qu'on est hors de la zone de livraison, etc. Il faut alors chercher de l'aide en ligne, contacter le service client et perdre un bon quart d'heure avant de pouvoir enfin descendre.
De plus, les conditions de vente des offres de forfaits ne sont pas du tout claires.

Be aware of this company and their burglar behavior.
They don't answer to support requests (no phone, no email, no answers through their platform), they lie and they charge you undue amounts from your credit card and since they never answer to anything, either you loose your money or you loose your time and patience trying to recover the amounts through the credit card company. Run!
