I ordered it for my grandson’s college apartment bedroom. I think he will enjoy it.

It honestly is bad…. I ordered the long tail attachment that clicks unto the exhaust but theres soooo much gaps that hot air escapes and beats the purpose of pushing hot air off the premise…. Its unusable bec all the hot air is inside the tent.

Coolzy has great shipping and delivery, but the Coolzy Pro portable AC is an extremely poor product if you don't have the window accessory to vent out the heat. A fan is a better option. I gave 3 stars for delivery. The AC gets a zero. I'm very sorry I fell for the advertising. I have a large bedroom and ventilation isn't the problem.

This company is Excellent. I purchased a Coolzy Pro and it came to me and would not turn on because Fed Ex probably dropped or something during delivery because that’s what they do. I immediately notified Company and they immediately sent me a new one to combat this heat in Houston Tx!! It’s terrible and really terrible if you have health issues. Contacted company and explained to them concerning my issue and they immediately sent me a new one out!! Company and Customer service is Excellent!! That’s all you can ask for when you purchase something expensive!! Thx once again!! Y’all are a life saver and I mean literally!! Former veteran and law enforcement officer!! Retired now!!!

The description, the cost and how easy it was to order.

Don't buy. Unless you need your closet or bathroom cooled down. Even with all the ventilation it needs, the heat put out is way more than it cools. Pros would be delivered fast, easy to work.

Ordering the product was super easy there wasn’t a lot of hoops and pages and buttons and gadgets to go through to do it. It was delivered within the right amount of time. It was set up. It was super easy. I’m very happy and I’m also feeling not hot anymore, which is a big deal for a 50-year-old woman lol

Ordering from Canada it turned out to be quite an adventure, but they worked with me and eventually I was able to place and order. I have not yet received the unit so can not comment on that yet.

We received our Coolzy timely. It’s amazing and works just like advertised.

I have tried almost every cooling solution on the market, and this is by far the most effective one I’ve found.

I must say that I’m mystified by those who have rated the Coolzy products so badly. But it would seem they don’t understand that all air conditioners send cold air out one side and hot air out the other – that’s how they work. That’s why portable units like these need an exit hose and window kit to channel that hot air outside not in. As for those that say it’s noisy – compared to every unit I’ve tested this one is whisper quiet. It’s actually the main reason I bought it. Sure, the fan speed is not going to blow you off your feet, but it sure as hell keeps my bedroom nicely chilled with barely a sound.

I must say, it looks ridiculous and given the average market price for portable air conditioners is around $499, at $749 and another $75 for the window exhaust kit the Coolzy Pro is damn expensive. But you get what you pay for.

However, in my opinion, for $749, the Coolzy Pro should be bigger and more powerful than the Coolzy Go. If so, it would be a better value proposition and more competitively priced and this would increase sales and market share.

When it comes to stockists, they need more bricks and mortar retailers, and I suspect the high price compared to the competition is the obstacle here. This is an aggressive and price sensitive market and despite the remote control, and that you can toggle the fan speed and set the thermostat; it’s a hard sell for $749.

But. given my multi split system had stopped working and the 4 week wait for an air conditioning technician plus being in the middle of a heat wave, it was a price I was prepared to pay for a good night’s sleep, and it hasn’t let me down. Plus, my two cats have taken to it as well.

Set at 22 degrees it keeps my master bedroom cool and makes barely any noise. What price do you put on a comfortable and good nights sleep?

It’s been running pretty much non-stop since I bought and installed it, and it hasn’t missed a beat. Naturally, the bedroom door needs to be kept closed and the exhaust pipe fitted properly with the window kit to expel the hot air.

I note some have complained about service issues, but I’ve not had reason to put this to the test and I hope it stays that way. Quite frankly, no one could be worse than Fujitsu when it comes to aftersales service, and they cost $’000 not $’00 of dollars.

I struggled with the decision should I rate the Coolzy Pro 4 or 5 stars. But if asked would a buy it again – the answer would be yes – so therefore it earned 5 stars. If they made it bigger and a bit more powerful for the same price - then I’d give it 6 stars out of 5!

Delivered on time, reasonable price for personal cooling

They took my payment but "cancelled" my order. They have not responded to my calls or emails. As of right now I have spent $424.00 and have nothing. UPDATE:
I got a call from Coolzy. They said the unit is now on the way. When it arrives I will edit my review.
UPDATE: The "cancelled" order was on the part of FedEx. Apparently this is a standard part of the FedEx process and it was not cancelled by Coolzy. Not a good business practice! From the customer's view it looks like the seller cancelled.
PRODUCT:
I give the product 5***** It is just as described and is perfect for our tiny travel camper and our tent. The unit is much more quiet than the little window unit we had.
