I haven't received my product yet, but thanks to the very informative videos and online reviews I am confident I made a good, informed decision with Coolzy's product.Thank you!

Product was as advertised. When I needed a new remote control it was sent right away at no charge.

Does it produce cold air? Yes
Does it produce enough cold air to offset the heat it puts out? No

It is advertised as being able to do just that, but you find after a few minutes of use the room is warmer than it was when you turned it on. It can be cold directly in front of it but the rest of the room is going to suffer for it. Hoses to vent the hot air outside are not included with the unit because of the whole not needing a vent thing referenced above. So, should you want to vent it, which it clearly needs to be, they’ll charge another $75 for the attachment.

So after all that I decided I want to return it, to which they replied no, they do not accept returns. They pointed me to the buried return policy on their website that is all of 1 line, “We do not offer Returns for change of mind.” So what that tells me is the company likely knows the product is crap so the return policy guarantees you're stuck with it. Their email customer service is sarcastic at best, so good luck getting anything resembling good customer treatment here.

Save money and frustration by picking up a standard portable A/C from the hardware store. You’ll get a better working product and not dent the wallet so hard.

The coolzy works so well! Cools the room I’m in without having to turn on the whole house AC where it’s not needed. Love it!

Bought it for my studio apartment, and it’s been a lifesaver. Small but mighty, it cools down my workspace without needing to cool the whole room. I like that I can just focus the cool air on myself. A bit of noise on the high setting, but nothing too bad.

Bought this for our family, and it’s been a great addition. We live in a rented house, so we couldn’t install air conditioning, and this was a fantastic solution. It cools down the kids’ room quickly, and we love that it’s portable, so we can move it around depending on where we are. The only con I can think of is that it doesn’t cool the whole room, but it’s really only meant for targeted areas. We’ve saved on power bills too, which is a huge plus!

Coolzy-Pro is fantastic for a renter like me. There’s no way I can get permanent aircon installed, so this was the next best thing. It cools me down while I’m sleeping, and I even use it in the home office during the day. It’s portable, lightweight, and easy to use. It doesn’t cool the entire room, but that’s not what I needed anyway. Perfect for small spaces!

The Coolzy I bought is running fine. Since I bought it on July 18, 2024, I have run it just about every week... May be 4-8 hours / day during the day. There hasn't been any need to dispose the condensate because the unit does not produce cold enough air off the cooling coil to form condensate. I use this unit in my home office during the day to turn off the house a/c system to save energy. Then in the evening, I turn the Coolzy off, and use the house a/c after 5 PM. This strategy lowers my electric bills may be $30-$50/month. In term of longevity, it appears to hold up well without problems so far.. I gave it 4 stars (instead of 5) because the exhaust "long tail" nozzle is a little flimsy at the connection, and I'd like a little more cooling capacity.

Nevertheless, I do recommend paying a little more for the Coolzy Pro version with the long tail nozzle, and especially with the remote thermostat. The remote thermostat alone is good enough reason to pay more for the Pro.

Does not cool my small room even with the hose directing the heat out of the room

As a mum with two little ones, keeping their rooms cool is a big deal. The Coolzy-Pro was a perfect for us, as we live in an old house without aircon. It focuses the cool air where it’s needed, like over the kids' beds. It’s quiet enough for them to sleep, and it’s easy to move around the house. The only thing I would say is that it’s not going to cool an entire room, but that’s not what we bought it for anyway. Overall, I’m really happy!

We live in a small apartment, and Coolzy-Pro has been a great option for our family. We didn't want to invest in anaircon system because we're renting, so this portable unit is just perfect. It’s powerful enough for my wife and I to stay cool during the night, and we use it in the kids’ room during the day. The best part is it doesn’t use much energy, so it won’t spike our electricity bill. The only negative is it’s a little noisy on the highest setting, but you get used to it.

Haven't received the Coolzy Pro orders and have not received any updates on shipping timeline. Website state 2-7 day for delivery and still waiting on tracking info.

Coolzy does what it claims: It cools you down if you are in the direction of the cold air current; has very low power consumption & easy to move around. I like its small size & pretty design.
But you need to expel hot air coming from the rear & occasionally remove water from the rear tank. First I opened all the windows and put a fan facing the screened entrance door and it did the trick. Now I have added with it the optional long tail pipe & have even better results with humidity.
My wife is super sensitive to hot weather & was very unhappy when we recently moved to sunny East Bay from cold & windy South City in CA. This AC is a big help to her in hot weather and a reassurance that I care :)

I really love my Coolzy, though I do find it on the expensive side, and the reliability has been a bit uncertain so far. That said, when my unit failed, Coolzy stood by their product and replaced it under warranty. Fingers crossed that this new unit holds up!

One thing I have to highlight is their outstanding customer service. When my unit stopped working at 1 a.m., I was surprised to reach someone over the phone who immediately set up a warranty replacement. Their responsiveness has been top-notch.

I’m hopeful that the new unit will run smoothly from here on out!

The Coolzy arrived on time, was easy to set up, intuitive to run, and works exactly as promised.

the pro cooler has worked well cooling the bedroom down, quiet.

Doesn’t keep as cool as it says
My remote broke first time using it so you need remote to operate I’ve been on a road trip since I got coolzy so can’t get a replacement
Luckily when I pug it in it is set to go on so been able to use

We bought a second hand unit called a CloseComfort (old name). Machine is years old, but still going strong. Fantastic machine for retrofitting a caravan.

it is the right size using in disaster events and I hope it works well !!!!!
