I wish I could give them a million stars, they were so helpful to me especially Mark omg he went out of his way to help me what an amazing man, after my accident my neck and back are swollen Mark asked me for my badge parked my car and put my badge on his kindness literally made me cry what an absolute sweetheart of a human being, customer service was exceptional they were so helpful kept me abreast of my repairs brought my car back to me cleaned it I’m literally just smiling because the level of professionalism and kindness all wrapped up together just made me smile I’ve had an awful 2 weeks of pain and Marks kindness just made me feel so happy I temporarily forgot how much agony I’m actually in. This is a company I would definitely recommend because they care about their customers especially those who suffer with disabilities I cannot sing their praise enough. Thank you so much Coombs for taking care of my car and showing me so much empathy and kindness thank you

I took my car ther for an insurance claim repair.After a many conversation(3 times)how and what they will fix on my car and what kind of parts they will use(they said genuine parts of cours),3 weeks after when my car was ready to collect i have realised they lied to me about everything.Half of the parts not changed and the other half was chinese parts.I need it to take back the car very next day because i have found many faults to fix,and even now few parts become loose.Wich is very interesting after facing a final £5080 bill:s
I will report to Finacal Ombudsman.
