Benny is a great communicator with a good balance of teaching and experience. The pace of the course was good with plenty of opportunity to recap which reinforced the learning. Thank you for sparing us any Papa Smurf impressions.

Great course

Brilliant course, totally worth it!
Brilliant course! I wasn't confident I was going to pass my thoery exam but the teacher made it easy for everyone to understand! Coptrz academy is great for if you want to get your GVC certificate!

Taking the GVC with Benny as the tutor and instructor was a joy. Benny’s communication was effective and manner was relaxed. I would recommend Benny for anyone looking to take their GVC.

Poor customer service, don't like small businesses…
Years later and i am still to receive a reply and refund. I have been told that the account is still active and that I completed the course which is absolutely not true. No email, just responses to cover themselves on public platforms... what is laughable is that there was a response to this but no email or anything to resolve this issue. Really really terrible customer service. All that would need to be done is refund the account like honest decent people. I never did the course, no certification nothing. Let's clear this up once and for all.
I signed up for a course which at the time was 1 way over priced and 2 i hadnt started. I was told once purchased i could still get a refund. I never even looked at the course and was within 7 days of purchasing when i requested a refund. They took £500+ from me and cancelled my account. Please do not do a course with them!

Thanks for your message. I've reviewed your account and would like to clarify a few points.
You were originally enrolled onto the PfCO course in 2020 , which you completed online. In addition to this, we added the GVC course to your account at no additional cost as part of a goodwill gesture. As the PFCO course had been accessed and completed, this meant it was no longer eligible for a refund, in line with our terms.
It’s also worth noting that the total cost of the courses purchased was not over £500, as mentioned. Furthermore, your account remains active, and in fact, a year later you purchased the A2 CofC course, which is still available for you to access.
If you're having trouble logging in, you can request a password reset by contacting our support team and we’ll be happy to assist.
