Professional service, quality instructors

Recently attending the GVC - RPC L1 Training up at Coptrz Training area in Leeds and was not left disappointed. Both Louis and Joel were knowledgeable and passionate about the service they deliver on behalf of Coptrz. Although seasoned pilots, the team made us feel relaxed and at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys and we left happy knowing that Coptrz can deliver a professional training package and supply contract.

highly recommend company and training

Louis delivered highly valuable training, drawing on real-world experience and tailoring the content specifically to our operational needs. The hands-on approach was particularly effective, and he was able to answer all questions clearly and confidently. The post-training support, including assistance with flight zone mapping and flight logs, has been extremely well received by the whole team.

GOOD COMMUNICATION

Had a minor inconvenience with item not in stock although when ordered was available. However full credit to them sorting my order out and satisfying my order in the end, I would use them again.

Training was very easy to get involved


Training was very easy to get involved with and I could do it at a time that suited me. If I needed to go over something again I could just move the video back or read the text so great ways for me to learn.

GVC Training

Completed my GVC Exam with COPTRZ. The instructor i had on the day was Louis. He made the exam feel very comfortable when conducting this. Was open to questions at the exam and seemed very informed. No complaints.

Replacement GVC

Contacted Coptrz asking for a replacement copy of a lost GVC. Jay couldn’t have been more helpful and managed to locate and supply a fresh copy of my licence within a few minutes, for a course completed over 2 years ago. The training itself was excellent and the after service equally impressive.

It’s my first time doing a drone course


It’s my first time doing a drone course so I was initially apprehensive as one us however the the guys here are so helpful so if your stuck or your not sure on a subject there’s a friendly helpful person to assist your questions.

Very useful and insightful and inciteful course that has created much conversation in our group. My only criticism is that it was very expensive for a relatively minimal return for what is essentially a charity organisation. I appreciate that the business exists to create profit, but perhaps some consideration to follow up support?

Super fast delivery - excellent service

Super fast delivery - great communication.
Even got an email (from a real person)just after delivery to make sure that the delivery went well.
After delivery I had a technical question that they answered with no fuss. Again, I dealt with a real person.
Brilliant experience.
I will be shopping with these guys again.
