I subscribed because they advertise they work with Breakout Prop but they don't and would not return any support requests or emails - stay away

The app is outstanding and there is no bug now and you can use it without any issue

Nice customer support and application and they support Tradovate and I can access the same from India as well

Support is always there for all your issues; you can trust them for any issue. The product is reliable

Terrible support, can't help on the remote session to solve the probelm that I faced through webhook. Requested twice, I've cancelled the subscription.

Perfect software to copy the Trade from Telegram to MT5, even without a VPS or keep your PC on, fully automatic and cloud based with great customer support.

I started to use Copygram since 1 month now, the platform works great and the support is always here to help if any question. I had an issue with connecting my telegram but the support quickly resolve it for me. I’m happy with the platform and I hope they can add more crypto platforms soon.

Copygram exceeded my expectations. Especially with the new MetaTrader hosted version, you don’t need VPS for any service. I suggested they make a mobile version out of it, it is expected to be released by next month they said.

I have been using copygram for a few days. I hit a problem and Oskar from technical support was very responsive and was able to offer a fix by remoting in and fixing. Hopefully now this great tool will automatically process signals for me!!

I'm using Copygram more than 2 weeks now but it costs me already a lot of money missing profitable trades. The program doesn't work. Only some signals are copied from Telegram into Copygram, sometimes the buy/sell order is activated by Copygram hours later when the signal is actual anymore causing extra losses. Already contacted Oskar several times but still no working solution. I asked for a refund but didn't get it. Stay away from this one!!

Update February 20th: After my review Copygram contacted me that they solved the problem and if I was willing to delete my review. On February 19th I received 4 signals in Telegram 1 was filled by Copygram but unfortunately this 1 was a loss. The other 3 signals (all profitable) didn't reach Copygram. So I ended up with more losses caused by Copygram. So my advise DON'T BUY COPYGRAM.

OSKAR IS THE MAN!!!!! Every hurdle I came across syncing my tradingview alerts to DX trade he came through. He's the only person I know that works for Copygram but he's their best employee by far. My first born son will now be named Oskar..................De La Hoya...... ;)

J'ai testé à plusieurs reprise ce service pour automatisé des signaux sur télégram, et il ne fonctione pas, j'ai souvent eu des soucis de latence, il prenait la position des fois 1 minute après l'envoi du signal, d'autre fois il ne prend même pas en compte le signal du canal.
J'ai eu plein d'échange avec le support et c'est chaque fois la faute du canal télégram, de mon vps, de MT5 mais jamais la leur.
J'ai testé une autre solution qui elle marche super bien

Their service actually don't work, the word filter is broken. When asked for help the customer service agent always gave a one word replies and kept going in circle. When I gave bad rating he scolded me for doing that which is very unprofessional. Asked for refund but they ignored my email. The customer care agent was Oskar Svensson. Advice people to avoid them.

This app is a waste of time. Says its copied 5 signals when it hasnt done anything. Trying to get a response from customer service is a waste of time as well

This app keeps surprising me. While I sometimes get frustrated by my own mistakes, the support team is excellent—professional and quick to respond. I always learn something new from them. Great service

Oskar is the best I have ever seen when it comes to assisting others with there computer issues, he was very fast and responsive and made things easy for me to understand. He was so good that I consider him my fried now!

Der Service macht sich zwar Mühe, aber leider funktioniert das kopieren nicht so, wie es sein sollte...

Am Ende wurden sogar einfach Sell orders statt Buy Orders geöffnet...
