I enjoy the idea, however, there have been times when it lost touch. It works well when it works--but that is not always sure.

None of any serious complaints yet. It works as it is supposed to and I like the flexibility. All you need is to prepare to take some time to get it set up.

To tell the truth, once all the settings are completed, it has been running without any trouble. I also prefer the ability to modify risk and lot sizes - it provides me with a greater amount of control when replicating trades.

It was initially a bit confusing, but I have managed to figure it out and it has been working well. The process of trade copying is accurate, though not exactly beginner-friendly.

Scam not work when i request refund tell me ok we are submit request but its lying i contact after 7 days tell me we dont give refund and talk with me like nothing happened

Great software, it have multiple options inside and the support was so responsive.

Used for one day and asked for a refund due to other issue I had. Was insulted and not refunded. Rude and ignorant 😡

Totally disgusting piece of software. Avoid this productt at all cost. Keeps shutting down and disconnecting.

Matt did a great job in putting me through. He understood what needed and set things up for me via AnyDesk. I really appreciate their professionalism and fast response. They are top notch.

Very good service with immediate support. Makes life so much easier. If I could give more than 5 stars I will sure give. Can’t stop rating this system. I had great experience.

I purchased a lifetime license for this software, but recently my license was suddenly deactivated with a message saying there was a “detected security breach” and that I needed to reactivate it.

I tried reactivating using my original license details, but it does not work.

I contacted support and sent them:
• My license key
• A clear explanation
• A screenshot of the error message

So far, I have not received a proper solution, and my lifetime license remains unusable. This is very disappointing, especially for a product sold as lifetime.

Deactivating a paid lifetime license without clear proof, fast support, or a reliable reactivation process is unacceptable. Support is slow and unclear, and the situation has still not been resolved.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

State alla larga da fx copier se non volete buttare via tempo e denaro! La copiatrice non funziona! L'assistenza non fa altro di farvi domande e dare colpa al broker o telegram! Il programma si blocca spesso e non ho avuto il piacere di effettuare nemmeno una operazione con la copiatrice!
Sicuramente diranno nelle risposte che sono stato io a non configurare bene la copiatrice! Ma in realtà le ho provate tutte da quanto raccomandato da loro! Abbonamento IA

I enjoy using this

I’m not always on my charts, so having TelegramFXCopier send trades straight into MT4/MT5 has honestly made things easier for me. I still review the trades before letting them run, but the convenience has been really worth it.

I had a few questions when i first started using TelegramFXCopier and their support team actually replied faster than expected. They walked me through the settings and helped me understand how to adjust the risk options properly.

What i like most is that i can set my own lot size and limits, so i'm not just blindly copying every tradeat the same risk level. It gives me more control, especially on days when i want to stay conservative. It's been useful tool once i learn how to fine tune everything.

The customer service is diabolical. They are extremely rude and contradict each other constantly. I asked to cancel multiple times, Bernard from customer care said ‘I can cancel for you’ after 2 days of emailing and getting no where. There’s no where to find where to cancel online easily (I still haven’t found it). Amy then says ‘we cannot cancel for you’. Confusing after her colleague said he could. Another day passes and I follow up as I haven’t received any confirmation or cancellation. Today Bernard emails me saying (and I quote) “Your subscription was cancelled 3 days ago. Why do you keep writing us about it?”
So so so rude!! I am in shock.

I will never use this system again, it doesn’t even work half the time it disconnects so you miss trades. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

I have used the copy service for a few years with no real issues. However, the website has been down along with their Telegram copy service for the past 2 days. I have emailed but have not had a reply from them. Today is Nov 4 and they were down all day Nov 3 and continuing into today.
UPDATE: Looks like the copy service and their web site are now back up.

Un sistema muy complicado dicen que trabaja todo auto en la nube con IA y es una basura, se descofigura hay dias que coge las señales luego sin tocar nada se ha desconfigurado todo no copia nada me dicen que es mi broker cuando antes funciono bien, UNA LOCURA tienes que pagar por el servicio de de ellos mas luego meter capital al monedero de una cosa que se lama METAAPI que te descuentan capìtal tal como hay trades. MUY MAL NADA RECOMENDABLE LLEVO 15 DIAS SIN PODER GANAR DINERO MAS TODO LO QUE HE PAGADO ASI MUY DISGUSTADO.
