I was told from Apple Support that my photo library was corrupted, and I could not get to my photos. I purchased CopyTrans to export as many of my photos as I could. I was able to recover all of my photos. Money well spent I would recommend this tool to anyone.

I am very happy with how simple it has been to use. For me it's worth paying to have the software available to convert my HEIC iphone photos to jpeg format for printing. It seems like a reasonable price to pay for such a great convenience.

I downloaded copytrans for a minor project, and was very happy with. It worked well. But I was actually just as happy, when I cancelled my subscription: Customer service helped me, and within no time, everything was settled and confirmed. So easy, and with the help of an actual human being. Oftentimes when you download something that is based on subscriptions, it can be such a hassle to close it down, with developers deliberately making it hard to cancel your payment.
I would feel safe and at ease, purchasing copytrans, the next time I need a program like this.

CopyTrans has made my life so much easier. I get over 300+ heic images per day that need to be converted to jpg. They are converted in no time leaving me more time for other projects.

Great Program. Smooth install. Great interface. Clear interactive instructions. High speed transfer of photos and associated data. Also HEIC to JPG converter works great. The viewer included in the suite is also very good enabling multiple photo format viewing. Price is very reasonable for what you get here.
