I ordered a necklace for wife for Xmas. It turns out that I ordered the wrong necklace. I have been trying to get a hold of Natalie at Corace Collection by email to return the necklace. It has been 3 weeks with no response.

I purchased a necklace from this business and later returned it according to their stated return policy. Despite the return being completed, I have not received a refund. I have sent multiple emails and follow-up messages over several weeks, and the owner has consistently failed to respond.

At one point, I opened a dispute with my bank, but I closed it under the assumption that the business would handle the matter fairly. That trust was misplaced. Now that the dispute is closed, my bank can no longer assist me, and the business continues to ignore all communication.

It’s extremely frustrating to deal with a company that not only withholds a refund but also refuses to acknowledge or answer any emails. I’m sharing this experience to inform other customers and to encourage the business to take responsibility and improve its customer service.
