Pay double postage if you want to exchange!
I like the products themselves so far. I've only worn them a couple of times so who knows if they'll last but they seem good quality but I'm not impressed with their customer service. I received my order of 2 items and wanted to exchange one. I did this through the online form which was easy enough. It was only then that I realised I'd have to pay $14.99 postage plus pay to send back the item I was exchanging it for. This means I'm paying $25-30 to exchange an item. This was not very clear in their Returns Policy which vaguely states you have to pay postage but not both ways!
I sent an email to the returns email and waited to send the item back as I was hoping they would give me a reply paid code. 6 days later, no response. I sent a follow up email. Another 7 days later still no response. I am now sending back the item because if I don't I will be charged for the exchange item that they have since sent me.
Buyer beware! If the item fits you and you like it, it's a win. If you need any help at all from customer service, forget it! I won't be buying from them again.
