Thankfully only ordered one low priced bikini from this drop shipping trash company. After about a month of waiting, what was supposed to be a metallic gold bikini instead was delivered could beat best be described as a diaper and some paper towel. Upon requesting a return and refund, they offered increasingly larger refund percentages which I continuously refused until they agreed to a full refund.

Of course, no refund came, so I contacted them again. This time they say the person who offered a refund no longer works for them so best they can do is 20% refund and a discount for future purchases. I say no, so then they give the same story as other posts here about how they can only issue a full refund after they receive the product back, but at my expense and they state it will take an unspecified period of time and they might not accept it. Most likely they’d refuse it anyway since it looks like it was taken out of a reject dumpster anyway.

This has gone on for months. The only saving grace is I didn’t spend a lot, but I wish I had never dealt with them in the first place. Their ads are clearly decent AI. Too bad their products are garbage and their customer service is completely ridiculous.

Was dumb and ordered from here twice. Took month to get and both times was complete wrong order and size. It’s obvious at this point the site doesn’t have the products they advertised.

Terrible experience. Paid a premium price for cheap unbranded garment. The wrong garment was sent and they refused to allow me to return it. Blatant use of Ai to do customer service. Waiting for PayPal to get my money back. Stay away.

I ordered 4 items. They sent the wrong color on one suit, when I asked them they admitted it was a shipping error on their part - but assured me the color they sent was very popular. The second suit was supposed to be a beaded coral string - they instead sent a blue plastic jewel suit that was not close. Again they assured me it was a better suit that what I ordered. I asked for a refund and shipping instructions to return the wrong items they sent. They instead offered me 15% off and a 20% off coupon. They stated returning would be difficult for me as I would have to deal with customs and tariffs. I tried 2 more times with same response. I have turned the issue over to my CC company. Do not order from them. Their pictures are cute but it is not what you will receive and they will not refund your money, even after admitting it was their mistake.

Absolutely horrible suits. Tried to return and all they would offer is 15%. Wish I could post the pictures. DO NOT SHOP AT CORALIE MAROT

I strongly advise anyone considering buying from CoralieMarot.com to think twice.

I ordered four bikinis based on the photos and product descriptions shown on the website. When my order arrived, three of the four bikinis were completely different from what I had purchased. The differences were not minor variations in colour or fabric—they were different designs, different cuts and different products.

I immediately contacted customer service and provided detailed comparison photos showing exactly what I ordered and what I actually received.

Despite the clear evidence, they repeatedly claimed that the items matched my order. In later emails they changed their explanation, saying the differences were due to lighting, fabric texture or display settings, and then finally claimed that the correct products were “out of stock.”

During weeks of emails they never properly addressed the actual problem. Instead, they kept increasing their offer of a partial refund from 5%, to 10%, then 15%, and finally 20%, while insisting that I should pay the international return shipping and customs costs if I wanted a full refund.

In other words, I was expected to bear the cost of returning products that did not correspond to what was advertised.

I have kept every email and every photograph documenting this experience.

Based on my personal experience, the products I received did not match the products advertised, and the after-sales service was extremely disappointing.

I will never purchase from this website again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable online retailer.
