Deserve no stars. On 16/9/26 ordered 3 bottles to assist bladder health £32.98. They added on £65.97 I did not order. I tried to cancel within an hour, but they had ‘already’ despatched. I am trying to sort with my credit card company. Advice- don’t under any circumstances deal with this company.

One star is to good SCAM
Ordered 1 bottle yesterday at £36. Charged £149 for 5 bottles got in touch with them within two hours and said they are looking into it. This morning 17th got an email that it was dispatched
Also received a form that I can keep the 5 and pay 40 percent or return paying postage
Pay postage for items I did not order. I am 78 years old and these people scammed me. Hope PAYPAL will help me

I ordered 3 and now have 9 coming! My Bank called to confirm and are assisting to gei the excess back, I emailed within an hour of receiving invoice and they said it had been processed and couln't change. BEWARE, their order form does not allow you to check it before it takes payment. Do not deal with this US company,

This was disastrous from beginning to end. I ordered and paid for a Corevalin supplement, which I still have not received, 15 days now. They also took two more, unauthorised sums of money from my account, unauthorised. I have tried to contact them, four times now, with no reply. One star is way more than they deserve. Thank you my bank and VISA who have helped me with this mess.

I ordered 1 bottle and at the checkout was charged for five resulting in me paying £149 instead of £36. I do not recommend.

They said it was dispatched within half an hour too quick for me to contact the bank and stop the payment Yet the return process apparently takes up to 3 weeks. Let's see. I want a refund

Bought so I thought 1 bottle to help lower blood sugar. No mention of weight loss in ad I ended up with 5. Bottles due to there confusing checkout out and ended up paying 149 pounds
