Does the job fairly well but on unpacking I was totally underwhelmed by my Timeless Six, it just does not have a quality feel to it and when the capsule is inserted and the cover screwed on it does not long up and the entire handle looks odd. I’m only getting about 5 or 6 pours from a capsule so the cost factor of them really has to be taken it to account. I will keep it and I will use it occasionally but would have preferred it to feel a bit more ‘special’ . Would I have bought had I handled one before? Probably not!

I have updated my review below to reflect the fact that customer service subsequently contacted me to resolve the issue and were very quick and efficient to do so. I received a full refund for the duplicate order.

I went on to their website to order one as a gift but it looked like the order did not go through. I therefore ordered another immediately after.

On getting two order confirmations back, I contacted customer support to cancel one of them. I have still not received any response but I have received subsequently two shipping confirmations.

I ordered six argon capsules which have not been delivered. Order number 6000057962. I have contacted customer services many times. I am told that the items were delivered to a neighbour. A completly different post code and location to mine.
I have been promised a replacment would be sent. Not happened.
I have just recieved another email telling me follow DPD courier information.
I have asked for refund out of frustration.
Customer services are in Holland.
Most of my emails go unanswered and when or if they are answered my question go unanswered.
Having purchased model three i need the argon capsules to use.

Shocking!! Don’t buy and then return. They market themselves as ‘easy return’. However I spent $780 on the Coravin sparkling system and returned it to get $579 back… absolutely shocking. I also paid my own return delivery so this ordeal cost me a total of $250… never ever again. So disappointed

I bought the coravin timeless 3+ last week for £225 from the Coravin website and it arrived today. I showed it off to a colleague and he sent me a link to Amazon where the Coravin timeless 6+ is selling for £209.99. The 6+ retails for 349.99 on Coravin. i contacted Coravin and they discounted my purchase fairly in line. Very professional and fast response. Looking forward to using hte product, i hear it is amazing.

Trying with my first bottle of wine. the needle goes in smoothly. after pouring the wine i wanted to remove the system. did as the manual suggested. but the needle was „grabbed“ by the cork and was disconnected from the needle grip. it was impossible to get the needle out of the cork. bottle and corovan system ready for the waste bin. do not purchase! you will bitterly regret!

I have just bought a Coravin Modeleleven with Bluetooth. You are supposed to being able to log all your wine into an app by taking a photo of the label. I have now tried to log 6 of my wines (all well known). The App recognizes the wine but not the correct year which is very annoying especially when you have the same wine in different years.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and the order hasn't arrived. Allegedly sent out twice, no tracking or dispatch info, a Black Friday order that will not be here in time for Christmas, no one answers the phone and I've had one response to emails in that time.

Ordered a Coravin bundle as part of a special deal for WSET students. I'd wanted one for a long time, but could never justify the price. Product is excellent, and exactly what I needed for taking small tasting samples out of a selection of bottles without having to open them all.

However, main reason for the review is my amazement at the speed they fulfilled the order. Placed order one afternoon, and by end of the day it was dispatched from Holland. Arrived in UK overnight, and was with me before lunch time. That might not sound impressive, but during the pandemic, this is amazing, and especially as I opted for standard delivery and not the express delivery!

Have tried quite a few different devices and methods to keep wine from going bad if you only want one glass. Most of them don't work for more than a few days. Have tested Coravin now for more than a year and haven't found a single bottle going to waste
