Cornerstone Real Estate レビュー

I wanted to take this opportunity to express my utmost satisfaction and pleasure with the exceptional service provided by Cornerstone Real Estates. My recent experience as a client who successfully rented a property through your agency has been truly outstanding, and I am happy to share my gratitude.

From the very beginning, your professionalism and commitment to meeting my particular needs were evident. Your team's extensive knowledge of the local market, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Please extend my gratitude to everyone at Cornerstone Real Estates who played a part in making this experience a memorable one. I have no doubt that I made the right choice by choosing your agency, and I would be happy to recommend your services to anyone in need of real estate assistance.

I can highly recommend Cornerstone. Ecpecially i want to thank Yai and Bee who did a very good Job selling my condo. They did what two other agencys couldn’t do in two years. They also been so helpful and understanding.

I had a great experience with Cornerstone. I had some specific requirements that meant other agencies were not very responsive to me. Bee was the person who got in touch with me and she was so helpful and found a place for me really quickly. She was attentive and helpful and offered lots of great support above what I would have expected from a rental agent. I recommend everyone to use Cornerstone!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Cornerstone Real Estate in Pattaya, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with their exceptional service, professionalism, and dedication. In particular, I want to give a big shout-out to Manager Eye Ta, who went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience throughout the entire process.

Eye Ta's knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry are truly remarkable. From the moment I expressed my interest in property rentals and sales, Eye Ta provided invaluable guidance and support. Their attention to detail, prompt communication, and extensive understanding of the local market were instrumental in finding the perfect property that met all my requirements.

Eye Ta's commitment to customer satisfaction was outstanding. They patiently listened to my needs, addressed all my concerns, and tirelessly worked to negotiate the best deals on my behalf. Their professionalism, honesty, and transparent approach gave me complete peace of mind and built a high level of trust.

Furthermore, the entire team at Cornerstone Real Estate was extremely helpful and accommodating. They made the entire process smooth, from property viewings to documentation and finalizing the transactions. Their commitment to excellence and customer-centric approach sets them apart from other agencies.

I highly recommend Cornerstone Real Estate to anyone seeking property rentals or sales in Pattaya. If you want a seamless experience with exceptional service, make sure to ask for Manager Eye Ta. They are a true asset to the company and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Thank you, Cornerstone Real Estate, and a special thanks to Manager Eye Ta for making my real estate journey in Pattaya truly memorable!

Cornerstone have always been helpful if and when maintenance has been needed. Our agent 'Khun Bee' has always been friendly and professional. Both my wife and I would highly recommend finding a rental property through Cornerstone.

With 32 years of experience as a sales professional I have come across all walks of life. I have been frequenting Thailand every year for medical purposes since the past 17 years and I am aware of the good and the bad. When I decided to put roots down and settle here, I had many traumatic experiences at the hands of people that only added to my problems.

A friend suggested I try Martin & his team at Cornerstone Real Estate a person whom he knew. Being British myself I really appreciated the fact that Martin was blunt, professional and empathetic to our needs.

I have worked in Real Estate for the longest period of time for brand names such as Emaar, Damac & Ellington properties and in my entire sales career spanning over 32 years, this was the easiest & quickest contract signing that I have ever done be it on the client or the vendor side.

Within 48 hours the property was handed over to us exactly the way we desired. Martin and his team were professional beyond belief and took care of every legal minute detail that one could think of.

The house owners were also informed about us and our entire details were shared with them and they even went above and beyond to allow us pets.

I have only known Martin for maybe a week or more but I am extremely impressed with his ability to know the Thai Real Estate law and his dedication to protect both the home owner and the (renter or buyer) as well. He is fluent in Native Thai and has a whole team of people that support his leadership fully.

Should you desire to retire or seek long term or short term accommodation in Chon Buri (the whole province) then this is a man that will value his own time above all and respect the fact that you and everybody needs clarity.

Martin listens to understand and will not push or upsell anything to make an extra quick buck. Martin will work with your budget no matter how small or big it is.

Cornerstone Real Estate have a very quick turn around time and what you see on their website is actually their real inventory that many local rich investors have entrusted to them. Martin & his team walk the talk and delivers before they promise quality services.

In my eyes, Martin and the Team at Cornerstone Real Estate are your one-stop, honest Real Estate solution that will never add to your problems.

This is a user experience that has been honestly shared and I for one will always keep going back as with Martin & the team at Cornerstone Real Estate all you get is "honesty' & 'Respect'.

I had decided to rent a condo for 12 months. Spoke to various Estate Agents and visited properties that didn't suit my needs. Went to see Cornerstone and spent about an hour with Martin whilst we discussed all aspects of renting here, importantly Martin took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He came up with a condo not even on his books yet and he called the landlord to set up a visit. The condo was still occupied but coming available. Exactly what I wanted in fact exceeded my expectations in some areas. All sorted with the Landlord and the lease agreement Cornerstone use was very simple without any jargon. I am a happy chappie.

Agent arrived on time, good service, even worked on her day off, sincere and attentive to small details.
Cooperative with homeowner very quickly.

I was happy when I went to cornerstones Martin was so helpful he found me a condo in no time he took me to see it and walking through the door I told him I will take it after that it was plane sailing because Martin did everything for me I would always give cornerstones a 10 star rateing because they are so helpful so keep up the good work cornerstones

I'm truly fortunate that I decided to use Cornerstone to guide me through finding and renting a condominium in Jomtien/Pattaya. It's been a good decision. The service could not be better, with special thanks to my agent Por, who has promptly and carefully taken care of every detail and answered all my questions. And also speaks perfect English. Thanks Por!
So if you find yourself needing a place to stay in Pattaya, you'll do yourself a favour by chatting to the English owner Martin, or any of the staff at Cornerstone. Highly recommended.

I contacted Ey at Cornerstone after a very bad experience with Gecko
Ey was very professional and pleasure to deal with She showed me a couple of properties and after I agreed on the property I asked for a discount for 1 year advanced payment Ey contacted the owner immediately and got me a discount and I moved in a few days later .I needed a couple of things off her after the lease was signed and she quickly emailed me what I needed I highly recommend Ey and Cornerstone real estate very clear communication.Searching for a place to live in another country can be frustrating but my experience with Ey made it a easy smooth process

This company is great. They are very professional. I received the personal touch treatment from when selling my property in Pattaya through them.

This is a top notch realty company. Navigating real estate in Pattaya is not easy. Martin has the experience and the knowledge to make and save you money. He knows the buildings and the traffic flow. He can maximize your rental income. He knows the suite spot of the market. His google earth presentation is spot on.

Staff Khun Sia had been helpful during our rental deal. All info and service was appreciated.

I made a request to view a condo on their website and between then and viewing it they put the price up, and when I asked was there good wifi becauseI need this for my firestick the lady that was dealing with me said she would check with the juristic (building maintenance), then she said that there was wifi ok, which is a lie because it cuts out all the time and when I did a speed test it was 0.02 download speed. I spoke to the juristic about it and he said that I would have to pay for my own high speed and installation. I then said to the lady at Cornerstone about having to pay out more money to get good wifi, she then said she lives in the same complex and had to buy her own high speed...so why didn't she tell me that at the start is my question ??

I contacted Cornerstone Real Estate for help to rent an apartment that I had in mind. It was a holiday and I was still helped and felt welcome. For anyone just moving to Thailand, I highly recommend you reach out to Cornerstone Real Estate. ( BB was of great help ask for her! )
