Cornerstones Shaw - 5 Stars!!!
The team at Cornerstone's in Shaw have to be one of the most professional, proactive and helpful companies that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I don't say this lightly. They made the process of buying a house super efficient, human and stress free. If anything needed chasing, I didn't even need to call to ask, they had already chased and this is the level of proactiveness that is needed in what is one of the most important purchases that you will ever make in your life. The team were all so helpful and personable, and made my house purchase as smooth as it could be (even when I asked for a tour of the underground basement that hadn't been used for years). They got me my current place of living…
They got me my current place of living years ago, and I stayed at the place and with them because of the quality of the service. Specifically, they are very helpful when something breaks and needs to be replaced,a strong contrast with the experience I previously had, which felt more like when something happened, it was my fault.

Martin and his team were great throughout the sale process. Very responsive and helpful with explaining the process especially considering the differences in the Thailand and U.S. real state law. Martin was crucial to getting our sale done. I recommend highly!

Highly Recommended
As a retired professional living in Thailand, I highly recommend Cornerstone Real Estate. I’ve been working with Eyata (Eye) and she’s amazing! She’s gone far beyond helping me find a place within my budget and processing monthly payments, indeed she’s been of great help with things that would have been challenging as a foreigner new to Thailand. Things like establishing internet or locating an honest and reliable air conditioning service or plumber. I am still in my contract and have not moved or renewed, but when the time comes I anticipate that experience will be equally smooth. My sincerest thanks!

We loved the place we moved into but…
We loved the place we moved into but before our one-year lease was up Cornerstone sent me a text stating that they were selling the House and I had to move. Things got worst when they wanted to show more than 2 times a week a week and had our House packed with people when they said only a few were going to be there. Then scheduled an inspection and failed to tell us that it would take 5 hours to complete. They gave us money to move out early and then charged us for things that was not on the move-out inspection sheet that I signed.
