First time I did my taxes with the Tax and Business Company. I was a bit surprised that they made you pay before doing all the filing, but nevertheless they did a good job (it's also my first time paying to have my taxes done, so maybe I am just in the dark, and that is how it works, lol). I gave four stars just because I felt like I had to follow up on them a lot or I wouldn't get to the next step, or the next after that. It was a busy period for taxes, however (March), so maybe that could be the reason. And to be fair, they did eventually answer everything. I would come back to them in the future.

I am highly satisfied with their service, I would like to specially admire their consistent follow up and reminders about my tax return. overall it has been a wonderful and satisfying experience. Thanks

They charge a lot money zero results even if your company has negative ends.
They don't help you when you don't pay before starting filling your taxreturn so they don't send you invoice with date payment. The company is 100% US but you don't receive money back and if you ask them they say you are not citizen!
