Ordered a pair of size 5 sandals, a size 4 arrived. Paid £49.99. Quality is really poor and as they came from china took weeks to arrive and were all squashed and creased due to poor packaging. Have been trying to arrange a return. Clearly have chatbots doing their emails. No return has materialised. Have raised a claim through my bank and reported to Trading Standards.

As per everyone on here, shoes are too small, tried to return but all you get is an AI Bot called Sarah Jenkins. Total Scam, how can a Brazilian set up a company in the UK and operate it from Brazil, DE SOUZA, Douglas Nunes is his name. Corvine Footwear isn't British and the website should be taken down, DO NOT USE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are NOT based in UK. Absolutely dreadful. Boots took weeks to arrive, the size is wrong so I contacted them immediately, then several times afterwards as I had no response. I've been in touch with the bank about the payment.

If I could rate it a 0 star I would, these are THE worst quality shoes I have ever been unfortunate to have bought so much so I am considering registering the payment with my bank as "fraud". One pair is closer to paper cut outs than actual shoes, the other pair look like something from a joke shop. I have never had such an unfortunate shopping experience DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Awful product, arrived weeks late from China although claims to be in the UK.
Terrible quality, not what is pictured and wrong sizes sent.
Been given the runaround for a month teyi g to ontain the returns procedure. I will be reporting to my bank as a scam to try and claim money back and trading standards

Poor customer service do not reply and phone number does not work on their website.

same as everyone else - shoes are faulty footbed is unstuck, the ankle strap is 2 metres long! Tried to return but after looking at the reviews on here didn't even dare click on the link! Wish I had read reviews before.

AVOID.. This company are not UK based, tracking the order for the last 4 weeks has apparently been dispatched from China (even though they dispute this in the email from "Sarah Jenkins".. Still not received any product. I have now disputed this with my Bank as suspected fraud/scam

I should have read the reviews first, they were right!!! These websites disguise themselves as UK based companies, they make the products look good quality. The only thing that made me suspicious was the price, however, I failed to check. You may receive the wrong size, quality is very poor, comfort zero. Communication appropriate in that they make apologies for their mistakes and quote the returns policy, but the return form is pretty impossible to complete and does not function. They make it impossible for you to get your money back. No usable shoes and no refund - Beware!! This is fraudulent in my opinion.

I was very happy with my first order and the quality of the shoes. While trying to place another order I kept getting a message ‘this shop is not accepting payments’ which made me google them and come across the reviews here.

The shoes were from China but they arrived within a week (which I wasn’t expecting).

I've had to raise this scam with my bank in the hoe I get some level of return, but if anyone wants a pair of burgundy / white trainers in a size 8 (EU42) they're going spare!!

Not a UK company. Shoes shipped from China. When they eventually arrived, I was gassed by the horrendous chemical smell coming off them and they definitely were not suede as stated.
Raised a return immediately to be put into the endless cycle of AI messages from 'Sarah Jenkins'. They have tried to make this sound like a lovely family-run company in the UK but it isn't. I will keep trying but will be amazed if I get anywhere. Wish I could give 0 stars. TOTAL SCAM!!

UPDATE - raised a case with my bank last week. No update from them yet but have just received an email from Corvinne saying they have refunded me. Am absolutely amazed as really thought I would get nowhere. Don't give up pestering them and raise a case with your bank. Definitely worth pursuing! (Still giving 1 star for terrible service and shoes though)

This is a scam. I've lost £40 by buying shoes that were supposed to be from the UK but were sent from China. They took weeks to get here and were 2 sizes too small (40 instead of 42). I'm now stuck in an eternal conversation with an AI with no prospect of making a return or getting a refund. I should have looked at TrustPilot before buying. I usually do but I guess their website seems so real and they laid out their return policy as "industry-leading". Don't believe a word of it.

Ditto to other comments .Ive lost £44.90 on a pair of bad quality shoes in the wrong size that are impossible to return .I just hope they haven't put a virus in my email to boot!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY its a scam.

Do not use this company I have reported to trading standards, makes out it is uk based, my shoes came from china. When they arrived I ordered a uk 8 a European 6 was sent. Trying to send back stuck in a mail loop with “Sarah” who I am sure is AI …..disgraceful company

Do not use this company, it’s a scam! They send you whatever size they have in stock then make it impossible to return it. The person Sarah you think your in contact with is AI and it now responds only about my order being delivered when I’m trying to get it returned.

There needs to be more regulations around scam companies like this

These shoes are bought from Shein and Temu and resold as something different. DO NOT PURCHASE

NOT UK BASED. Said shipped was 5-8 working days. Only on day 6 did I get a tracking number confirming the shipment had entered the Chinese Courier Network. Scam. Avoid!
