I ordered gifts on Dec 22nd for my niece's 16th bday. She received one part of the gift after the New Year and is still waiting for the perfume. I had a difficult time finding someone online for a chat. My emails from the site were not answered. I finally got through on chat. The person tracked the gifts. She informed me one part was out of stock but was being sent that day. Still waiting. It's now 1 month since the order. Not exactly acceptable.

Quick postage, cheap and amazing products!

Prices are excellent, Service is excellent. There are always excellent specials of quality brand name products. Orders always arrive promptly and I love the free gifts. I will continue to buy my cosmetics and perfume through this website.

I'd wanted to find this particular selection, and was extremely happy with price and with its arrival. I had no problems with the transaction, at all.

I was a bit reticent to purchase from a previously unknown overseas company (to me at least) as I am fairly new to online shopping. However, the goods were delivered as promised in a timely manner - not an easy feat just prior to Christmas!

Perfume arrived safely and was not 'old stock' as I feared it may be at such a good price. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

My purchase arrived promptly before Christmas Day, which was great. However the 2 free gifts were not included. There was no explanation or substituted goods. I initially felt I was conned, BUT 2 weeks later I received the 2 free gifts, as promised. The Christmas rush was probably the cause of the delay. I would definitely buy from them again.

I bought a perfume I was eyeing at a local dept. store which was quite pricey, for under $90. I've bought another since and while there are tempting deals daily I will wait when some of other favourites are on better specials.

Although it took awhile...coming from Hong Kong, my pkge arrived in good condition with the product as promised, plus two free samples and a polite thank you card. I would use you again.

I placed my order almost a month ago, ordered 2 items. 3 weeks later, I received an email stating one of the items is not available. I never received the remaining item.

Tried Cosme because the item I was looking for was considerably cheaper than from other sources. Very pleased with overall result.
Two separate inquiries were responded to in a reasonable timeframe and delivery to Western Australia was effected within a week which I consider to be very good as it was just before Xmas.
I will definitely use Cosme again

It took about 10 days to receive my shipment and they were less than the other sites

They sent me my goods just in time for Christmas, and it was really nice to see my favourite perfume, Knowing right here in my home for the Christmas season.
