Excellent service, will use this company again

Site was easy to use. Purchase made and was expecting delivery prior to Christmas. It has been two weeks, Christmas is tomorrow and I am still waiting. Not happy.

I was initially cautious with this previously unknown website, but the user reviews helped convince me to take the plunge. And I'm glad I did! Prompt efficient service, they even answered my queries re tracking my items!
Definitely use Cosme Paradise again! Plus I saved over $60 in one purchase!

I placed an order on the 8 December for perfume as a gift for Christmas. It advertised free delivery all well and good I thought. Two weeks later hadn't heard or received the item, contacted them only to be told it had been dispatched from Hong Kong. On the 23 December I get home to find the parcel wouldn't be delivered as there was a £13.00 shipping tax to pay. The website is offering FREE delivery, and delivery within 4-6 days. Nowhere does it state that it may come from abroad and incur further costs. Had I know this I would not have placed the order as it makes it totally overpriced.
So please be aware when ordering it may cost a lot more than you think!!!!!

Good prices. Delivery is a bit slow, but I did go with the free option. Would have preferred more transparency with regards to the "Last Day to Order" to guarantee delivery. It wasn't obvious and the information about the postage is a little bit deceptive.

Everything was received as ordered and full tracking available to keep you informed.

Awesome range (for guys), very hard to find these products at the lowest prices I found on the net. Well Done! You'll be seeing me again.

My purchases arrived within a week of ordering which was great as i had ordered a Xmas gift for my daughter. The prices are fantastic and they offer free gifts with purchases over a specified amount. The only down side ia that one of the free gifts the eye shadow was broken inside. Overall, the service is effecient, ouick, and friendly. It was reassuring to receive emails that let me know the parcels were on their way. I would definately use this service again. Very happy and satisfied.

Ordered perfume from Cosme Paradise and it arrived in great shape seven days later.
(including weekend days). Pleasantly surprised. Great customer service and communication. Would recommend to everyone.
