I have not even received it yet, Fedex wants more van R600 to release it, why paying for courier if you need to double pay when it arrives?? They kept it for 2 months to examine it by our Health Dep. Now the extra fee, it feels like exploitation.

Unfortunately, the inspection and clearance process by your country’s Health Department, as well as any import duties, clearance charges, or release fees requested by FedEx or local authorities, are regulations imposed by the destination country and are outside of our control. These charges are not courier fees paid to us directly, but mandatory import-related costs determined locally.

We have verified that your order was shipped from our warehouse on April 9th and, according to Royal Mail information, was delivered to the indicated address on April 17th.
It's possible that a relative or colleague received the order and didn't inform you. If non-receipt of the order is confirmed, you should contact our customer support team via email.

Generous refund and charity donation
The Baby Formula I ordered from the UK arrived in 2 days, so efficient. Unfortunately my mistake completely, grandma ordered the wrong type! The company tried to help me with a return and refund but UK and European customs were making it impossible. My mistake was costly. Cosmetic2go then said they were going to give me a full refund and asked that I donate the formula to a local charity. To say I was absolutely overwhelmed by this generosity and gesture of kindness would be an understatement. It has shown that some companies go way beyond what customer services is expected of them. Can I effusively thank you all at cosmetic2go and say the local mother and baby charity are delighted with your generous donation.
