Dulcoease liquid
I am unable to get this product in the UK and this is about the 3rd time I've ordered from cosmetic2go.com. Each time I have received emails updating me on the product's progress and the parcels have always arrived within a week - better than ordering within the UK sometimes! Can't fault them and would highly recommend

Hello.
We understand your frustration regarding your order. According to our investigation and information from the courier, the package was delivered to the address provided, even though you reported not receiving it.
Despite this, to ensure you were not left at a loss, we issued a full refund for your order. Our goal is always to support our customers and resolve any issues fairly, even in situations beyond our control.
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
