La seriedad brilla por su ausencia
Me gustaba mucho esta marca hasta que compré un dosificador de jabón modelo geyser completamente blanco. Compré este dosificador hace más de un mes en una tienda online y tuve que esperar porque la marca no lo reponía a la tienda a la que se lo compré.
A día de hoy sigo sin tener el dosificador del color que quería. Cuando recibí mi pedido me llegó con el pulsador en cromo y la tienda en donde lo compré me dijo que había pedido que el fabricante me mandara el dosificador en blanco tal y como quería.
Pues bien me llegó ese dosificador de nuevo en cromo y a día de hoy todavía no sé cuando me va a llegar en color blanco.
Esto no es seriedad ni es nada.

Product is good
Product is good, and looks really smart in the bathroom. You'd never know it was a toilet brush. The only thing that let the experience down was the delivery. There is an estimated amount of days when you purchase the item. After that I had know idea when was going to arrive, first thing I knew was when the postman was knocking at my door handing me it, if i wasn't in I'd have to have the usual fiasco that revolves around missed deliveries. Some form of notifications would be good.

Start collection various bathroom products
Quality of metal is a little thin, so could only give three stars, however they were on offer at 40% discount. I think if they where not on offer it would only be a one star

Good retailer
Have had to reorder an item as I chose the wrong one . Returns are free and easy using the Support page on the website . Products are nicely packaged and really well packaged for transport from Spain . Customer service also in Spain is good if you use the chat or e mail most reply within 24 hours and seem really helpful. Products are good quality but expensive, so they should be good !
