They are completely cheaters
Do not buy from them
They do not care about customers.
They are greedy.

This product is cheaply made and massively overpriced, even when purchased on sale, which was an enormous disappointment. It also arrived 2 weeks later than expected, as per the shipping estimated from Cosmody's website. Due to the delayed shipment and poor quality of the product, I reached out to customer service to initiate a return, only to find out I would have to ship the product from the US to Australia, which came out to approximately the same price as the product! It's ridiculous that customers are not told WHERE they will be shipping to if they want to return your cheap, overpriced product, until after contacting customer service to initiate a return. Your company should clearly state their address on the website. But I guess shame on me for doing business with a shady Temu drop-ship company.

Ordered a lighted drawing board; long delivery Tim and arrived damaged.

Company did not reply to website contact us messages, emails bounced back as undeliverable and could not find a phone #.

Filed charge back. Don't recommend this company.

Absolutely crap service, hints of scamming network. If you don’t like the product and try to return. Brief replies and then you get ghosted! Promises of a refund but 6 months and still waiting. Company operates in US/CAD currencies so be careful, does not say that when placing an order until you get billing. Can buy from Temu at a tenth of the price with a delivery guarantee. Oh yes the company is based in China. Facebook and other social media platforms should not be allowing these companies to operate on their sites, but hey advertising pays even if it’s shite

Poor quality product. Arrived broken. Cannot get a response from customer service.

Base that holds the screen is very light and unsteady. Screen is extremely hard to clean, constantly getting fingerprints all over the screen. Cloths are useless. Colors were bright. If it clamped into a base it wouldn't have felt so fragile. My 7YO grandson was careful and had it fall, so anyone younger would have frustration.

This took a very long time to arrive (roughly 3 months) so it didn't arrive for Christmas and when it did arrive, the cable was broken with no way of attaching it to the board so we haven't been able to get it working. I've emailed the company multiple times the first to request an update on arrival which they did send a delivery tracker link but this link only worked once, the second time following up again on delivery was ignored, and my emails informing them the product was faulty also ignored. It's no doubt a massive scam.

I ordered gifts for Christmas never received. When contacted they told me it was delivered. Never received, sent emails back and forth. Sent a non received form they sent me sent four times to the support email center they are telling me never received. An associate named Marylin knows nothing. I am in the process of getting in touch with the Attorney general and the financial institution how I paid for items. I even took the pkg protection plan and they are mute hoping I will get disgusted. I’m not. I wouldn’t purchase from this China backed company scammer. Terrible customer service and horrific results from an unprofessional outlet. Again CAUTION NEVER ORDER FROM COSMODY.

Horrible. I ordered 2 LED boards on 12/3/25, I still don’t have my order and when I track it, it states “LOSS.” I’ve emailed them two times with no response. I am so over these Chinese continues ripping us off. I am never ordering off of Instagram again. Instagram should never let these companies advertise. I’ve been burned twice now all in the same month.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 boards for my Grandchildren for Christmas. I placed the order on 11/23 and did not receive them until 11/24. I attempted to cancel the order because I was afraid that they would not arrive in time. I was told I could not cancel because they were in transit. I purchased an extra set of pens, which did not come at all. When I reached out to let them know, they asked for pictures of the packages. They were given as gifts to children on Christmas Morning. Needless to say, I did not have pictures! I was told that there is nothing they can do to help me.

Cosmody is a horrible company to buy from. I ordered 3 Led drawing boards for my grandkids and I tried to cancel the order the following day as no information of delivery time or confirmation of payment was received once the money was deducted from my credit card. I was informed the order can't be cancelled as it was already in process and I have to wait until items arrived and return them. One of the Led drawing screens was a very small size that the one I paid for and if I wanted to return it, I have to paid in full the return back to China and go thru customs. It was not worth it and feel that it was a scam. I just lost my money. I found the same Led screens even bigger and cheaper in AMAZON.

I ordered the product on Dec 8th and it said it would arrive before Christmas. It’s January 8th and I still don’t have the product. It never got shipped 3 weeks later and it’s been sitting now somewhere for a week. Never trust this company, I should’ve checked the reviews. When I contacted costumer service with the email they provided it says cannot be found. What a scam

I bought the led bpard as christmas gift for my daughter. It is cheap quality and is not worth the high cost of the item. Same stuff is available on amazon and temu at a fraction of the cost.

Have not received my order. I can't get anyone to respond to me either. All I want is my money back now. It has been 3 weeks. I will never order from SP Cosmody.Shop again. Rated 1 but needed a 0.

I ordered this as a gift for my granddaughter for Christmas .
It is very poorly made and can not be charged to make it portable it has to be plugged in at all times. After her being underwhelmed I attempted to start a return.
The site states that they are committed to satisfaction and offer a hassle free 30 day return policy!!
That is completely false . This was their response :
Please note that, as per our policy, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we do not provide prepaid return labels. Depending on the shipping location and package size, the cost can sometimes be higher than the items value.
They offered me a 20% refund that added up to $9.00 on a $45.00 board.
Beware and AVOID this company !

Cosmody is a horrible company to buy from. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The lumiboard I ordered my grandson for Christmas arrived damaged. I requested a refund as their “hassle-free” return policy says, but instead I am being sent another lumiboard. I don’t want this piece of garbage. It is not Rechargable, you are tethered to a very short cord to use it, which has a poor connection and the light turns off. The board does not come with instructions or colouring page templates and only 7 markers. It is NOT worth $50 US. Other boards for far less money are better. Wish I had checked out Amazon options. The fake reviews are misleading. Do not buy anything from Cosmody.

I ordered an item LED Drawing Board on 12/15/2025. It hasn't arrived. All they send me is "Track your package" emails. That info is wrong. It says either "delay in transit" or "denied delivery" I can't get correct information and my requests for a refund go unanswered.

Beware of this company!!

I would like to put no stars for this company. I too have tried without success to return my purchase of the lumi board. I also ordered the large one and received the small one. It is flimsy useless and a waste of money.
How can I go further with this? Surely with the amount of complaints something can be done.
It states 30 day money back.

Very disappointed in my purchase. I ordered one board, saying it was on sale for $39 with free shipping, guaranteed it would come before Christmas. Right after I purchased, the amount said it was in USD and that there was a shipping fee. It came to almost $100. I was so disheartened. I reached out right away as on their site it said if I were to contact within the first hour of purchase they could cancel my order. I reached out to customer service and hadn’t heard back back for days. After I heard back, they had told me it was too late as it was already shipped out. My tracking said otherwise (that it was still pending, it didn’t get shipped out until a week later) I asked if they could send me a slip to return the item but they said I would have to pay for it and that they don’t do that.

Fast forward, I got it almost 4 weeks later (2 weeks past Christmas) and it’s not great quality. I wiped the first marker scene we drew and the paper towel scratched up the plastic board.

Very disappointed.
