Want a Good quality watch at a fair…

Want a Good quality watch at a fair price and with a guarantee ? Contact Cosmoshop first. Brilliant service, exceptional delivery. I have now purchased 7 watches in total for myself, my partner and as a gift. Every one of them has been accurately described and presented on their website and makes the whole watch/jewellery buying experience very enjoyable

Cosmoshop NZ からの回答

Hi there,

We understand your frustration, but it’s important to clarify that the watch you were interested in doesn’t meet the criteria for our FIRST10 discount or free shipping, which apply only to orders over $100. Yes, we priced the item at $0.01 below $100,that was our decision, and it's well within our control. However, it’s not our responsibility if the discount doesn’t apply.

Calling us "slimy" isn’t fair, especially when we didn’t force you to make a purchase. If you're unhappy with the pricing or promotions, we encourage you to shop elsewhere. Your review doesn’t accurately reflect our business or the circumstances. We responded to your concerns politely, even when the conversation ended with profanity.

We apologize if there was any inconvenience caused, but we stand by our pricing and promotional guidelines.

Best regards,
The CosmoShop NZ Team

NZ's Best Watch Dealer

Was looking for a new watch was hard to find watch companies that looked trustworthy in NZ. Luckily I found Cosmoshop on instagram and went onto their website and was amazed by the prices and range of selection. I went with a Tommy Hilfiger watch since it was such a good deal and when I received my watch it was in amazing condition no complaints at all.
