They use photos of original brand, have high prices, but send you cheap replica

Ordered the adult Barney costume to surprise my autistic son. Although it came too late for his birthday we can use it another time. Good replica of Barney but very poorly made and I'm sure it won't last long. Came with a small hole in the head but I won't bother returning it as, although I ordered it from a shop in the Netherlands it actually came from China!

I received the shoes and they fit very well and the heel is perfect height. I like them a lot and look forward to wearing them. I do wish I had been updated on the tracking, because they were sitting in the mail box for a day before I realized they had been delivered.

Easy to use website and product was delivered in about a week.
Communication was good.

I had accidentally input the wrong delivery address and thought I was scammed, however, I emailed support and was sent multiple delivery photos that allowed me to realize my mistake and track it down! Great customer service and the product is stunning.

The outfit is not exactly as fluffy as pictured. I brushed it out and fluffed it up and it made a world of a difference! It’s super stretchy so it fit well. I’m 5’11 and about 135lbs small fit great. The skirt is a little short so I had to buy boy short underwear to wear underneath. Over all happy with my purchase! Would buy from them again.

Shop and order process was fine. They answer very quickly if you have any questions. The onsie part ist good. The head is rather poor quality. It is verly light, that is a pro. But we are not sure wether it will survive several events.
The head is made from styrofoam and it arrived a little squished.

I like the costume, but seeing out of the head is fairly difficult. There needs to be something inside the headpiece that allows you to adjust it up or down to see better. Shipping and tracking were abysmally slow. Updates on tracking were not correct and the tracking information was mostly in Chinese. I was not impressed. I probably would not buy from this store again.

My gf wanted something unique but different and I found this soccer set which sets her from the rest of the women this Halloween. She liked it and fits very well. The color scheme punctuate the entire set and she has matching shoes to booth. Thanks for timely delivery and good product. The one size-fits-all fits her perfectly and she says it very comfortable.

It is a beautiful item and would buy from them again.

It cost me $35.00 to return an $80.00 cosplay. Total poor quality. Mailed April 7, 2025.
It was returned to me today, 5 months it’s been God-only-knows where. I checked on line and the return address is correct. No clue why it wasn’t delivered. So if I send it again, that would be the cost of $70.00, so realistically my refund would be $10.00. A learning experience. Not ordering from Cosplaywear again.

Wig looks great, no problems. Good and soft. The curls are also very good. No issues and should be a good addition to any Alice in wonderland cosplay.

The product, although beautiful, was improperly marketed as a tiara… but there no way this can be worn.

I've ordered a hoodie with a print. I explicitely wrote in additional notes which specific print I want to buy (this print was shown in the hoodie views). Inspite of my note, CosplayWare sent me the hoodie with different print and explained that my prefered print was not available. So I've asked to give my money back. CosplayWare asked me to send it back to China and gave me the address. I have sent the hoodie on my own expense. After already 4 months CosplayWare has not refunded the cost of the damn hoodie! They mind they did not get it. Please stay away from them!
