Very good service in terms of booking tickets for the events

Easy to order and great that only deposit needs paid initially

Have used this CostaTicket before, for tickets for Benidorm Palace. So knew they are trustworthy.

I need to update my booking but they don’t reply to emails

Lied on advert about saying there was a disco limousine to pick us up…. We waited 1 hour for a transfer that didn’t happen.

Then when we got there was told that the limousine was only for larger groups (though the advert said EVERYONE who books gets the limousine).

Then when we got there they tried charging more than advertised price.

Go karting company blamed CostaTicket (the booking agency) for the wrong information, but this has happened to many other people as well and haven’t changed the advert.

Great service, easy to book and great package which is cheaper than booking directly. I made the wrong booking by mistake and the team quickly resolved this for me.

I have not received a confirmation email for my purchase

the ordered car never picked us and we had to take another ride from the hotel

Great site very easy too navigate, everything explained clearly. Would definitely use site in future

I feel confirmation of payment and more information on ticket collection might have been quicker.

Was assured in my booking email I would receive seat numbers within two days of my booking, these haven't arrived despite my email

I have waited one week to be told my reservation seat and table number and have heard nothing except up to now two reminders to review my experience
