Easy and self explanatory. Very reasonable prices also

I booked a reservation for 2 people of €5 each to make sure we had a booking unfortunately we had to cancel.
We used the live chat and got it cancelled but due to being within 24 hours of the show we could not get the deposit which does say when you book. Good service and would use again.

Excellent service when I booked the wrong date for benidorm palace. I sent a message and it was changed and confirmed the same day.

I actually booked the wrong date but your opperative Jess was very helpful and changed it all around for me very pleased with your service thank you.

Had a great time. Hassle free. We were picked up on time, had a great time on the track. The karts were reliable and the track is very good. Also driven back to our hotel. Very good for the money.

Booked this online and got the free limo service was a great touch to my 10 year olds birthday, was arranged to be picked up at 12 no show emailed left voicemail and continued to call got no answer, finally managed to get on live chat after giving booking details was told driver would head to pick us up just now that he would be 20 min, sure enough driver was there, before I booked I asked if spectators were allowed as there was 8 people in our party but only 4 were driving was told this was fine so paid 80 Euro upon booking to get to kart place to be greeted by an ignorant man basically was not happy that the limo carried 8 passengers and not all were driving even though they would have been the only people in it! Charged me another 40 Euro for the free limo! We just wanted the basic 270 karts for 8 min and after this being booked and continually saying this is what we wanted he began to be very cheeky as we would not upgrade the time on the karts for extra euros, I tried to explain and also showed email with the conversation but was not interested did not want to look said this was okay for someone else to say we could spectate but it’s not then continued ranting threw the stuff on the counter and said “simple you no pay you no Drive” but after having paid 80 euros I had no choice but to pay the other 80 euros or I was not getting a refund. They had a good time on track were put on and left and someone appeared back to tell them to come off, after his ignorance I refused to spend a penny in there and left again to come back in the limo, we were only 10-15 min away from karts which was good , even when u book he wants more would not recommend this to anyone. Never gave us the lap times either said they would email to me yesterday still waiting did not expect to get these to be fair

Magnificent experience with a brilliant racing track. Very professional run with great food after the racing over. Limousine lifted my party from the hotel and back free of charge.
10/10.
