Cotswold Composite Doors レビュー

AMAZING customer service from this company !!

We contacted them to replace an old side door on our cottage and Steve was quick to pop out to us, go through the options, and he provided us with a consultation and quote that same evening - he also gave great advice on colours and finishes and kept us informed on the progress and production. Max then came to fit the door with in a couple of weeks of ordering - he was prompt, professional, and very tidy! The door itself is STUNNING - We are so so pleased with it and it makes such a difference to our home in terms of look and security - excellent all round, so much so that we have also asked them to quote for our windows too !! Thanks all at Cotswold Composite Doors, dont use anyone else :)

From the very first visit to completing the installation the communication was top notch. Everyone involved (Steve and Max) were polite and professional throughout. The whole thing was completed very quickly from placing an order and with minimal fuss. Would definitely use again and recommend

from start to finish Steve and his team have been excellent, informative and extremely professional.
Great product and very quick service.
We would highly recommend using the team.

From the start, contact with Steve was great, came round quickly and booked us in. When Max came to install it was a swift and clean job, fitting and showing us the lock mechanism.
We know one neighbour has ordered and another has been in touch to see who did it!
Have recommended and will continue to recommend CCD.

The whole process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. We needed a smaller-sized door, which wasn’t a problem at all, and even with our request for a stable door, everything was handled with ease.

Steve was very helpful throughout, offering clear guidance and support. On installation day, the fitter did an excellent job. Our home is an old cottage, which can sometimes present challenges, but they managed everything without any issues.

It’s the little details that really stood out, things I hadn’t even thought about, like matching the hinge colour to the door handles, which really elevates the final look. We’re absolutely delighted with the result and have already received plenty of compliments from neighbours.

Having used the previous reviews to choose Cotswold Composite Doors I have to say they were everything that had been said. No hard sell, when time was needed there was no chasing, and then when we were ready to order Steve was happy to come and talk everything though to ensure we were happy with our choice. The fitting time was quicker then expected and the fitting went smoothly and Max did a great job ensuring everything was just right. I would certainly recommend.

Fantastic Service, Professional, Prompt and Great Value.

Very quick response to my enquiry, helpful advice re which door would be most suitable and quick and efficient installation.

Steve came out to quote us for a new front door nice and quickly. He was friendly, informative and didn't go for a 'hard sell' approach. Instead, he gave great advice and guidance on a suitable choice and was willing to work within the time frame we had. Communication in the lead up to installation was great and the fitter did a brilliant job on the day - clean, tidy and a fantastic finished product. Highly recommend Steve and Cotswold Composite Doors. We will be using again!

Many thanks to Steve who organised the replacement of my new front door. Surprisingly quick process from start to finish, really happy with the end result. Will use again in the future.

From the moment I contacted the company to talk about purchasing a door, to the time it was fitted, Steve at Cotswold Composite Doors was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and really good to deal with.
He came out to meet me initially to talk about the door, then came to measure-up a few days later…. He turned up on time and was a pleasure to deal with.
He told me a time and date the door would be fitted and that’s exactly what happened. Max, the door fitter was great… On time, fitted the door perfectly and cleaned up after himself.
I really cannot fault this company at all. I wish all businesses worked like this.

Great service and super efficient. Steve came around for the quote and talked us through the options. We decided to go with Cotswold Composite Doors, because the quote was competitive, friendly team and delivered in the agreed timelines.

Would happily recommend!

Very easy, no pressure, friendly service with a seven week lead time. Pleased with the final result and would recommend the company.

Excellent service from Cotswold Composite Doors. High quality door, expertly fitted, on time - with helpful communication throughout the process.

Purchasing our new doors from Cotswold Composite Doors was an easy and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Steve's initial visit to assess the work was both friendly (no hard sell), informative and thoroughly professional, after which he provided his quote on time. He also responded rapidly to our follow-up requests and queries. The doors were installed on the pre-booked date by Max and his colleague who did an excellent job leaving the house tidy and all old materials taken away. The doors have transformed the look and insulation of our home. We can highly recommend this company.

Wow…… this is the company you need to go to for a bespoke door, from survey to ordering to fitting, these guys know their stuff. Even the fitter is a perfectionist which bodes well with me because I like everything to be as it should. Steve is wonderful at customer service, he made it clear that he wanted to see the end product, these guys definitely don’t just see a sale, this company looks after their customers

I needed a back door urgently. Steve went out of his way (maybe this is his daily high standard of customer service), to expedite the order and fitting. Everything was as promised. I had a problem immediately the fitter left and I phoned Steve. He was with me within half an hour to show me what I was doing wrong. I felt so stupid but he was so gracious. How's that for after care service. I would not hesitate to recommend Cotswold Composite Doors and more importantly would use them again myself.

Great website, easy to use.
Friendly, helpful people, arrived when they said they would, time from initial request to installation very speedy.
Installation went smoothly, they tidied up afterward. Very pleased.

Really very helpful Company - Steve came around and gave useful advice that helped us with the selection of our new front door and associated hardware. His communications were excellent - which is always important. Max came at the allotted date and time and fitted the door perfectly. We are very happy with this whole purchase. If you need a new door go to Cotswold Composite Doors Ltd - you will be delighted.

Front door and back door. Good customer service, when we reported a minor issue, it was responded to and resolved very quickly. No complaints, lovely doors
