Cotswold Crunch fantastic, problem is you don't always have it in stock

Aways have a large choice of products. Excellent tips, hints and recipes too. I will always use Matthews Cotswold Flour and will recommend it to others too.

Cotswold food in my opinion is the best, so expectations of this variant of 8 grain was as expected, perfection.

This is our 2nd batch of Flour from Matthews, as moved from a different supplier mentioning no names. Compared Matthews is a breath of fresh air. The flour quality is superb, taste is fantastic and delivery is great. Our now go to supplier thank you Matthews.

Excellent customer service and great flour.

This is the first time I've purchased from Cotswold & I wish I had done so a long time ago. There is absolutely no comparison between this flour & supermarket brands. Cotswold is proper flour whereas some others are just dust.
I've tried 5 different flours, strong white & wholemeal, plus others, for my new bread machine & every one has made an excellent loaf. In fact I made 5 in just 5 days! The texture of the loaves is a class above other flours I've tried. There will definitely be more orders to follow.
Also, the flour was strongly packaged & delivery speedy.
What's not to like.

I buy Cotswold Crunch and Eight Grain flour regularly for making sourdough. It is easy to buy them in packs of five. The service is quick and straightforward, and by buying straight from Cotswold Flour I know it is fresh.

Matthews have a great range of flours for the many types of bread I bake including Italian, French and traditional grained flours. I collect from the mill and always enjoy visiting, friendly and helpful staff make it a pleasure. They also provide great support on-line for bakers with a baking club and providing many recipes. I have a favourite flour which is Cotswold Crunch that makes a wonderful traditional granary style bread, especially when I use black treacle in the mix! Can't beat it!

Easy to order, I was informed when dispatched and updated on when delivery would be. Since discovering Matthews Cotswold Crunch and 8 Grain Flour they are the only flours I use in my Bread Maker. The bread is so tasty, much better than any other flours I have used previously.

Easy on line repeat ordering with prompt delivery. We’ve been using Strong White Eight Grain & Costwold Crunch for around 20 years in our bread maker and enjoyed ever slice.

I love using this flour as do my customers. I think it is so important to use good quality products, especially if like me you are making real food for real people. The only issue I have is that sometimes they have run out of some of the flour!
