First time renting in London. The agents were really helpful every point during the process.

I strongly advise anyone considering this estate agent to be very cautious. My experience has been extremely disappointing — the contract terms are misleading and seem designed to benefit the agency rather than the landlords.
Communication from the office is poor; staff often provide inaccurate information and take an unreasonably long time to respond to emails. The overall service feels disorganized and unhelpful.
In my opinion, their policies and practices are not transparent or fair. I would recommend avoiding this company if you want a trustworthy and responsive estate agent.

As a landlord renting my house to Cottege field this is my experience it was awful they are bully very unprofessional also even the when tenants paid rent they always delay the rent by saying yeneni hasn’t paid rent they offered rent guarantee but always find excuses not to pay on time or excuses to cut rent if you want to give them your house for rent it’s up to you this is my experience not to work with them again

Unprofessional staff that lose contracts, don’t deal with complaints or problems and serve notices that are not relevant or correct. Needs to be informed by tenant of the correct notice period and show original contract. Thank god I had my copy. As well as being in property that is not safe. Firebrigade called, agent informed was not safe as smoke from below shouldn’t come into above flat. Still nothing done. Audacity to put up rent when in current term. Want people to waste time emailing when makes no difference when you go in to speak in person or over the phone. Then refuse to give you landlords details!

Honestly the best estate agency I've personally come across and done business with. They have helped me to secure a home for my family without hassle. Whenever concerns arise they are easy to contact and liaise with contractors/landlords to get issues sorted swiftly. Staff are easy to talk to, they make me fell as they are part of my family. Nadia has been SUPERB in her approach and effort to get my concerns sorted. She's always providing feedback which I think takes the service Cottage Fields provide to another level 100%.

I would definitely recommend these guys; if you want an agent who actually treat you and your family like human beings and not just another tenant/sale!
