If I could give them 0 stars I would. I purchased 200 premium cotton flour sack towels based on a YouTuber’s recommendation. The towels are horrible, thin, cheap, threads and stains everywhere. I immediately contacted the company and I cannot get them to reach back out to me. Yesterday, after I contacted the YouTuber, the company reached out and denied they had the return request even though I had the email and not resent. I was told that I would be contacted shortly, never happened. I have left multiple messages and several emails to no avail. I will be out $300 if they don’t respond. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and FTC and any other agency that regulates online sales. This is a SCAM.

I ordered 60 deluxe tea towles and 26 of them are cut so crooked it has held me back from starting my business.. Before I went. through all of them I orderd more 115 and about 10 are wrong... I have reached out 6+ times .. called and emailed and i was told this was expected nad I could return but I was not given a tracking code.. according to their returns policy if they are wrong they will return. Its been three weeks.

jo i ordered 2 sets of dishtowels aug 27 and still no mdse. so i have to report fraud. the phones are not
answered.

I ordered August 10th, it was for a dozen huck towels. It’s now the 28th and the order still says processing. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times and have gotten no response. At this point I’ve ordered from Amazon twice and have gotten all the towels I needed. I shouldn’t have to do that. Their site says no cancellations because they “process orders so quickly”. Please. Don’t order from here, it’s pretty obvious they selectively choose which reviews to share on their website.

On 9.17.22 I ordered 50 white cotton huck towels to embroider and resell. I received them around the 24, even though I was forced to choose shipping that would indicate I would get them in 2-3 days. They said it takes that many extra days to work through the warehouse. Then please let me choose a less expensive shipping method. I was not able to choose a less expensive option. I opened the box the day I received and found what I felt like was defective or substandard craftsmanship. Approximately 20 of the towels were only hemmed on 3 sides, and the selvage was left on the 4th side making it look unfinished and cheap. Along with that, none of the hems were straight and bits and pieces of stray threads, (reds, blues, greens and blacks) were woven into the product. These are definitely a substandard product that I would not be able to resell on my shop. I called them and explained all I just mentioned. They said that is the way they come and is part of the weaving process. I explained that I have been a weaver for 20 plus years and never pick up stray threads that don't belong there and that I would not be able to use any of these to resell. They said you can return and get a refund. So I did. They received the package on 9.28.22. I still do not have my refund as of 10.15.22. I called on 10.13.22 but was only able to leave a vm asking them to return my call so we can discuss the refund. Still no callback. They were callous and uncaring. They felt they represented their product accurately. But I ask you, have you ever seen on the market anywhere, a towel that is only finished on three sides and on which the hemming is so crooked as to make the towel look oval and would you ever purchase one that looked like that. Of course not, but they saw nothing wrong with it. Hang on to your time and money and look someplace else.
