He realizado un pedido en la página web de Fabrics.cl. El envío ha tardado 15 días en llegar (aunque es cierto que los plazos largos ya se advierten), pero además solo han llegado la mitad de los productos que compré.

El servicio me parece francamente decepcionante. Con los altos costes de envío que aplican, esperaría al menos que el pedido llegase completo y en condiciones.

This place is great. The quality vs cost are altogether fair. I always get the bleached white in medium or heavy and customize with fiber reactive dye. All the same, linen is featured heavily in everything I make. Don't know what I would do if I lost this source.

Placed an order for a pattern, was charged an exorbitant price for shipping, but couldn't find a comparable pattern for my client elsewhere so sucked it up and paid NEARLY $14 to ship a pattern. TEN days later USPS shipping status shows "label created, package not yet received by PO" I contact them and am told "Oh the post office tracking isn't updated, you'll be receiving it tomorrow." Tomorrow comes and the status shows it was JUST received by the PO that day and will be another week+ for shipping, I am not not receiving it for THREE weeks after placing the order, despite paying premium shipping charges. Customer service outright lied to me when I saw it hadn't yet shipped and I told them to cancel the order. Will NEVER shop here again,.

I ordered 2 panels pictured on their website to make my granddaughter a quilt. However they mailed me 2 completely different panels. When I called the store they were very friendly and said I could mail the panels back for a full refund. The problem is I had to spend over $12 to mail this back to them. When I emailed asking kindly if they would cover that cost since it was caused by their error in the first place they still have not even answered me. I find this appalling and would certainly never purchase from them again and tell everyone I know why! Since this shop saw my review on Google they reached out with an apology and offered me a $20 voucher to use online in their store to make up for this experience so I really appreciate their doing that!

Fair prices, excellent customer service, different weights of linen available in many colors, good sales, many patterns available. Been dealing with this company for 4 years.

Fabric description was vague. Expensive for what I received. Wonky cut, thin pcs, not at all what I expected in volume or quality. I will not purchase from them again. Customer service said no returns.

I received the fabrics I ordered (IC023 Faille Jacobean blue, and red) but they were NOT the same weave as in the description, so I emailed them twice about my problem in detail, but both were the same copy-pasted directions on how to return it. They do not actually check your email, but instead have an automated robot to reply.

I called their phone number, and they KEPT ON INSISTING that it was the correct weave, but it obviously wasn't, then quickly told me that the buyer pays for return shipping. Faille is ribbed, like grosgrain, but these fabrics I received were not, instead they had a wavy texture but crinkly like crepe weave, that poorly mimics faille. Anyone can look up online Faille weave and see so many pictures of it being ribbed like grosgrain. It is also digitally printed, instead of block printed.

After they constantly insisted on the fabrics being faille, they quickly tried to end the call by telling me that "they have answered all my questions today".

Horrible customer service. I do not trust them for future orders.

Update: prices have gone up. Sigh.

Very happy to have found this supply for linen, as I find the prices SO much more reasonable than other sources. I'm happy with the quality of the fabrics I've purchased (usually medium- to heavy-weight linens).

I love the linen that I bought and the variety offered.
I wish that fabrics-store.com didn't buy Russian flax at this time.
I ask that American consumers boycott this site.

took my money in october for my order. i wrote in december saying where's my order? they said it's coming. i wrote to them 12/20, they said oh, fedex lost it and now we don't have that fabric anymore.

scammers. don't order from them.

This is the place to buy beautiful linen for whatever you are sewing. Excellent quality, good prices with frequent specials, and fast delivery.
