Never had such an atrocious experience in 20+ years of online shopping
Place an order earlier this month. Listed as "pending" on their website. No communications from the company at all. 14 days later - where's my delivery? email sent. Their response : your order did not go through, despite the fact I have a confirmation email stating it went through and 420 HKD debited from my account. My bank confirms the transaction was completed. Now - Continuous back and forth with their customer service team who are stating they did not receive my money. Coupled with a bunch of stupid LLM - generated messages that contradict what the human staff is saying. So frustrating

Good customer service
I recently bought a pair of sunglasses from Cotton On and unfortunately, they broke after just a few days of use. I was quite disappointed at first, especially since I was traveling and not in Australia where I originally purchased them.
However, I contacted by email their customer service from Bali, and I was honestly surprised by how smooth the refund process was. They handled everything professionally, and I got my refund (bank transfer).
Even though the product didnât meet my expectations, the way they resolved the issue showed that Cotton On cares about its customers. I really appreciated the fast and helpful response. Iâd definitely shop with them again.

Was slightly scared after coming on here after placing an order and seeing all the bad reviews but I had a great experience with Cotton On. All the products I bought fit me, and their halter neck top is double lined which is a huge plus. Only thing was that one of my tops was too small in terms of bust, but that's my fault. Also, my delivery speed was super quick, in like 2 days, so yeah this was a 10/10 experience and will be buying from them again!!!

Returns process is an absolute joke, took my item back to store to return it where they told me they couldnât accept the return??? then told me i had to pay £2 to print a postage label and send it off with evri when online i was given the option to return to store. never ordering again, now reading reviews im worried i will never receive a refund.

WHY DID YOU STOP SHIPPING TO CANADA
Cotton:ON Singapore has stopped shipping to Canada for the last 4+ months for no reason. I've contacted them umpteen times only for them to give me no answer about IF and WHEN they will resume shipping to Canada. So disappointed, I had a whole cart full of products I wanted to order from them and I've been waiting all this time for an answer. Really disrespectful to your international customers that can't get these products elsewhere.
the quality got really bad!
In general the quality keeps declining and the prices inclining. Bought for instance this recycled âgreenâ bath suit and it is almost impossible to remove the superglue from the hygiene sticker! Super annoying! Got a fee more instances where I thought wow nice- after one wash (and yes not too hot) it looked like 10 years wornâŠ.

The negatives reviews I saw after making a purchase left me concerned but I neednât have worried. I ordered 2x crew sweatshirts through LTK link on Instagram and the jumpers arrived swiftly, fit perfectly (Iâm a UK12 and ordered a M for a slightly oversized fit), the fabric is soft and a good thickness. Overall seem good quality. I would recommend Cotton On and will shop with them again ðð»

It is over a month since I mailed back the $5 sale top and am still waiting for a refund. I can't even describe the chat dialogues I have had with their customer service, which is the most inept and rude I have ever dealt with by far. They don't even have a customer service number which is working. I feel as if I've been robbed. The absolute worst!!!!!!
